#SUNdaySchool (U.N.I.A. Edition) ❤️🖤💚

One of our Ancient Monuments located in Africa (Egypt to Be Exact) is called the Sphinx (Paa Ruwty) and it is a sign or a symbol of the Lion Of Judah. In our culture we did not worship statues and animals so don't let people mislead and tell you that the grand architects participated in "idol worship ".

Welcome to Fall! 🍂
The Fall Equinox
As summer rolls out, it makes room for fall. A new season is upon us.
What will you do this season to sow seeds for the season ahead?
The Fall Equinox marks the beginning of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a unique moment in Earth's journey around the Sun when neither hemisphere is tilted significantly toward or away from the Sun. The Sun is positioned directly over the equator, creating a time when daylight and darkness are nearly equal.
The word equinox comes from Latin words meaning “equal night.”
From this point forward, our days gradually become shorter, our nights become longer, and the weather begins to cool as we move deeper into fall and closer to winter.
For generations, fall has represented harvest season—a time to gather what has grown, appreciate the abundance the Earth has provided, and prepare for the colder months ahead.
But harvest isn't only about what grows from the Earth.
We experience seasons too.
There are seasons when we plant.
Seasons when we grow.
Seasons when we harvest.
Seasons when we release.
Seasons when we rest.
And seasons when we begin again.
Fall reminds us that expansion and contraction are both necessary parts of life. Nature doesn't remain in bloom all year, and neither do we.
There comes a time when the leaves have served their purpose and must fall.
There comes a time when we have to ask ourselves:
What have I grown this year?
What am I ready to harvest?
What am I still carrying that has already served its purpose?
And what needs to fall away so I can make room for something new?
Fall gives us an opportunity to turn inward and begin clearing our internal space.
Before the stillness and darkness of winter arrive, we can prepare our inner ground—making room for greater visions, new ideas, deeper understanding, and the next version of ourselves to emerge.
Sometimes creativity doesn't come from constantly doing.
Sometimes it comes through stillness.
Through silence.
Through creating enough space inside ourselves to actually hear what is trying to come through.
Think of this season as composting.
Old ideas, experiences, habits, relationships, emotions, and even versions of ourselves.

LEARN MORE:
A child’s brain is not fully developed until around 25 years old, though different parts mature at different times:

• Early childhood (0–5 years): Massive brain development occurs—especially in language, emotion regulation, and sensory processing.

• Middle childhood (6–12 years): Cognitive skills like memory, attention, and logic improve steadily.

• Adolescence (13–19 years): The brain undergoes a second growth spurt. The limbic system (emotions and rewards) matures earlier, while the prefrontal cortex (decision-making, impulse control, planning) lags behind.

• Early adulthood (20–25 years): The prefrontal cortex finally finishes developing, which is why judgment, risk assessment, and self-regulation improve.

So while kids and teens can be very capable, their brains are still wiring up the most complex functions until their mid-20s.

✨ Honoring the Goddess Within ✨

There is something powerful about seeing yourself through a lens of love, beauty, strength, and divine feminine energy. 👑

These moments captured at Goddess in the Garden 2026 reminded me to pause and honor the woman I am becoming, the wisdom I carry, and the Goddess within me that continues to rise, evolve, and shine. 💜

Grateful for the moments, the memories, the energy, and the beautiful reminder that I am worthy of being seen, celebrated, and honored.
A special thank you to @crystaljawn for curating this space and @adrivibez for capturing these beautiful moments and allowing me to see myself through your lens. 📸

The Goddess within me honors the Goddess within you. 💜
