So I’m shifting all things ZYIA over to a space I already have, where I can fully step into my potential and really give it my all. ✨

This page will stay personal—family, life moments, close friends, and all the everyday things. 💕

✨ FAMILY PHOTO SNEAK PEEKS ✨

Got a few sneak peeks back from our family photos last night and my heart. 🥹🤎

I love getting family pictures done every year. It’s always a little bittersweet seeing just how much the kids have grown and changed since the last time. Somehow they just keep getting bigger, even though I definitely didn’t give them permission to. 😂

And let’s be real… family pictures with three kids can be a little chaotic. 😂 Getting everyone looking, smiling, cooperating, and keeping clothes somewhat put together is an adventure in itself.

But per usual, our photographer @kassie_layman somehow managed to work her magic and capture some beautiful moments in the middle of it all. 🥹

So thankful to have these little snapshots of our family in this season of life. 🤎 I already love these few so much and cannot wait to see the rest!

Loved soaking up the sunshine with my little fam today! ☀️

Did some fishing, relaxed, and let the kiddos play in the water. It was such a simple, peaceful day and honestly, those are sometimes the very best ones. 🙌🏻

There’s just something extra special about being out on the lake during the week when it’s quiet and nearly empty. The beautiful scenery, the peaceful water, and time together were exactly what we needed.

With our summer days quickly running out and school starting next week, I’m so thankful we were able to squeeze in one last boat day! ☀️ 🚤🎣💦

🎡 Our one and only fair day of the year is officially in the books—and in true fair fashion, it was such a great time! 🥰

I absolutely love spoiling these kiddos and getting to experience all the things with them that I loved so much during my own childhood. There’s something so special about reliving those memories through their eyes while watching them create memories of their own. ❤️

We did all the things—saw the animals, went on rides, ate all the yummy fair food, played games, spent time with friends and family, and truly just enjoyed being together.

Although, I’ve officially learned that Mom can no longer handle the fair rides like she used to. 😂🎢 Apparently, watching from the sidelines is much more my speed these days!

These kiddos might drive me crazy some days 😂, but I wouldn’t trade this life or my little family for anything in the world. I love them more than they’ll ever know! 🫶🏼🎠🎟️

Some nights just deserve a permanent spot on the feed. 🤍✨

Last Friday, one of my oldest friends married the love of her life, and my heart is so full for her. 💍 Congratulations, @heather.shepp.rn - Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and so much happiness. 🤍

If you can’t tell… it definitely turned into selfie central for me. 😂 I wanted to make sure I captured some memories with the people who have meant so much to me over the years.

These friendships are so special. Heather and I became friends when she transferred to our high school, and we’ve been friends ever since. It’s been 19+ years (crazy to even say that!), and while life has taken us all in different directions, every time we’re together it’s like no time has passed. Those are the friendships I cherish the most.

I’m so thankful for this amazing group of women & friends that are more like family. Here’s to lifelong friendships, celebrating love, and making memories we’ll never forget. 🥂🤍 by @crystalknottnerus

@karaj63 asked me last minute if I wanted to take her sons spot and join her at Summerfest to see Tucker Wetmore… and obviously I had to say yes! 🎶

It had been far too long since the two of us had a night out together, and it was exactly what we both needed. So many laughs, great conversations, and the kind of quality time that reminds you how important it is to make time for the people you love.

And can we talk about live music for a second? There’s just something about it that fills my cup. The energy, singing along with the crowd, and being fully present in the moment, it does something good for the soul.

Such a fun night, and I already can’t wait for our next concert together. ❤️🎶

Finally getting around to posting on the gram. 😂🌴☀️

Just got back from an incredible weekend in Cancun with Nate celebrating an incentive trip earned repping Zyia. 🙌🏻 We had the best time relaxing, reconnecting with my Zyia family, and making memories I’ll never forget.

The biggest adventure? Swimming with whale sharks! 🦈 To be honest, I didn’t even know whale sharks were a thing before this trip. 😂 Jumping into the open ocean alongside these gentle giants was equal parts terrifying and amazing, and definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Feeling so grateful for this weekend and already looking forward to many more trips and memories together. ❤️

Just over here loving this little fam of mine.

So thankful and blessed for this life we’ve built together. The days can feel long sometimes, but the years truly are so short… and I’m forever grateful for every moment in between.

Thanking God daily for this love, this family, and all the little moments that make up our life. 🙏🏻

And to my amazing husband @nate.knott thank you for all that you do, for your hard work, for loving me the way you do, and for always being our steady place through it all. We are so lucky to have you.

New Orleans for @heather.shepp.rn bachelorette weekend ⚜️🖤🥂

What a weekend it was. Truly one for the books and definitely a place I’d love to go back to someday. So many laughs, so much to see, amazing food, good music, and the best company. My cup is so full after this trip. 🤍

So thankful for friendships like these and getting to celebrate such a special season with such an incredible bride. I already cannot wait for the big day! 💍✨

Mom & Dad’s night out to celebrate 35 🎂

Last night was exactly what we needed… a relaxing massage, dinner, drinks, and uninterrupted time together. No chaos, no schedules—just us.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but moments like this remind me how grateful I am for this life we’ve built. Taking time to slow down, reflect, and just be with my person hits different.

Easter at my grandparents this year was one for the books 🤍

The older I get, and the more I watch my kids grow right before my eyes, the more I realize just how blessed we truly are. Moments like these hit a little deeper—reminding me to slow down, be present, and truly soak it all in.

These photos will forever hold a special place in my heart. My grandma is someone who never loves being in pictures, but we convinced her this time—and I’m so incredibly grateful we did. I know these are memories I’ll cherish for years to come.

It was a day full of sunshine, laughter, and simply being together. No distractions—just enjoying each other’s company and appreciating the time we have.

And to end the day… Harper fell asleep on me 🥹
I truly can’t remember the last time that happened. It felt like time stood still for a second—just another reminder of how fast these babies grow and how important it is to hold them a little longer.

Harper is 🅣🅗🅡🅔🅔!

This past weekend we celebrated our girl turning three with an Old MacDonald birthday party — completely her request. This girl is constantly singing Old MacDonald, adding her own little twists and carrying the song on and on. It is the sweetest, most adorable thing ever.

I truly cannot believe our last little love is already three. Time is such a thief. I look at these pictures in awe, just feeling so incredibly blessed and thankful that God chose us to be her parents. What a gift she is.

Harper is the perfect combination of both her brothers — hilarious, beautiful, so smart, and definitely keeps us on our toes. She’s our little mama, loving on her dolls so sweetly. It melts my heart every time.

We are just so blessed and so thankful. Happy 3rd Birthday to our sweet Harper girl. Mom & Daddy love you more than you’ll ever know. 💕 @nate.knott by @crystalknottnerus
