I wrote a book just for you ✨ I wrote it for the teacher training. I wrote it for teachers to feel inspired, for the curious student to dive into the mystery of ancient wisdom. I wrote it so the world remembers. I wrote it for the warriors, and Sages that came before us. I wrote it all for you. Join me, for the 300hr YTT - where this book is an integral part of your theming and inspiration. It’s all for you 🔱 by @crystalrainbowyoga
This is what my self practice has looked like lately. From a blown MCL to my nervous system being so activated from past head concussions. It’s been kriyas, brain practices and the random handstand to see if I still have it in me. Life is wild. It’s beautiful and chaotic at the same time. Self practice is a must for me as a teacher, my style has changed as I enter perimenopause and late 40”s as it should…here is to surrender and the path of self realization. Hari Om If you’re interested in Kriyas, purification practices for the body and mind, I start Nov 24th 7:30-8am Tuesdays & Fridays for 8 sessions. $108 xo #yogakriyas by @crystalrainbowyoga
This has become my favorite practice, morning Kriyas. I’ve noticed when I’m teaching this and or practicing these techniques I end up feeling so inspired, I feel lighter, happier and lit for life. So I wanted to share them with you! This is a living Tradition, from the Nath lineage, & the Hatha yoga pradipika - we will work with Vedic & Tantric mantras, philosophy from the text of the Yoga Sutra by Patanjali and Bhagavad Gita to inspire the practice we are embodying. This series begins Nov 24-Dec 18th Tuesday & Friday 7:30-8am - $108 All kriyas are recorded for you :) #kriyas #yogakriyas by @crystalrainbowyoga
Morning Kriyas A practice to purify the self, for the light to dissolve the shadows by mantra, pranayama and active Kriyas. This session begins November 24th and runs until December 18th 2026. Tuesday & Friday mornings 7:30-8am join me for some of my favorite practices of the morning 🔱 #yogakriyas by @crystalrainbowyoga
Crystal Rainbow@crystalrainbowyoga and Gin Perry @ginperryart are teaming up for a potent day of devotion and we can't wait! As we move towards the darkest half of the year, this day retreat is an opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect to deeper parts of self. Through the vibration of sound, the devotion of mantra, the wisdom of story, and the grounding practice of asana, we’ll explore the art of listening, not just with the ears, but with the whole body. This is a day to receive. To rest. To be held by practice, sound, community, and stillness. A day to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and create space for whatever is ready to arise. We’ll share a beautiful dinner together, allowing the day to unfold into connection, conversation, and community. Saturday, November 7 1:00 - 7:30PM $165 More info on the website! by @crystalrainbowyoga
BALI DREAM YOGA RETREAT with @yoga.rachel & @crystalrainbowyoga!✨ Along with having the best time ever, our intention for this retreat is for you to truly realize that paradise is a state of mind. Beyond the natural beauty of Bali, the warmth of the Balinese people, their connection to community, ceremony & the present moment is incredibly inspiring. There is gratitude woven into everyday life here & smiles that make you smile back. Immersed in this nourishing environment, you begin to slow down, appreciate the simple things & notice how much you already have to be grateful for. Our Bali Dream Yoga Retreat has been evolving for over 11 years & brings together the very best of everything we love about this magical island. We’ll share our favourite places, experiences, local people & cultural traditions. Our yoga practices flow with the rhythm of our adventures, from energizing flows to deeply relaxing practices. Each day we weave together themed yoga practices & journaling questions that help you discover the wisdom within you. This retreat is longer than most, giving you more time to shed layers of limiting beliefs that keep you small & drop deeper into your most authentic self. We begin in the lush jungles of Ubud with Balinese ceremonies, healing sessions & practices that support you in releasing what you’ve outgrown. As you let go of old stories that have dimmed you, something begins to shift. You get clearer on what truly makes you happy. Then we migrate south to Uluwatu! Barefoot walks on white sand beaches, floating in the warm ocean, surfing to experience what it feels like to be stoked, big belly laughs & that feeling of being completely ALIVE. This is where we raise our energy, expand our hearts & remember how good it feels to trust yourself, follow your heart & feel wildly excited about your life again. And when you return home, you see your life through a brighter lens, feel more grateful for what you already have & remember that you are already enough. 2 spots just became available for the @exhaleyogaretreats October 18–27!! Blessed for the shift & for the stillness. It’s been a challenging time, as summer often is for the Leo. The fire sign, matched with the intensity of Surya at its strongest brings forth the oldest of karmas ready to be witnessed and cleared. I use to think that when I found my calling in this life, that it would get easier. The beautiful gift is in some ways it has, there is a purpose knowing that a sacred vow was taken upon receiving this body and the lessons to experience while here. Yet Agni is so powerful, it can make it press you against the threshold of residence until the full surrender opens its loving arms to you. My teacher Vishva-ji gave me the spirit name Samrpan Devi - the path of the yogi is to be devoted, disciplined & surrender. So here I am chanting in my heart - Om Samarpiami Namaha - I bow to these teachings with a full heart ♥️ by @crystalrainbowyoga

"Yoga, to me, is a daily practice of choosing to embody the teachings. From living the ethical principles of the eight limbs and practicing pranayama while I make my coffee, to singing the hymns of the Vedic texts, yoga is a path of self-inquiry. It is the practice of looking within, clearing the karmic beliefs and patterns that keep us from seeing clearly, and creating space for Spirit to shine through in our everyday lives." Come catch a Crystal Rainbow class at Shala! Monday 7:00AM Vinyasa Tuesday 5:30 PM Power Thursday 7:00AM Vinyasa Friday 9:30AM Bhakti 📷 @ampersandgrey by @crystalrainbowyoga
Back to Bhakti this fall!! We've missed chanting with you over the summer and are excited to get back into the musical rhythms. If you know Shala, you know this is a place to come OM. And on the 25th, we will be chanting so much more than that. Music is a bridge between the realms, and when we tap into these ancient chants, we tap into a current that is older than any of us. Join @crystalrainbowyoga and @ginperryart for an evening of stories and mantra. 6:30PM Potluck 7:00PM chanting By donation *suggested minimum is $10* by @crystalrainbowyoga
