One of my favorite habits I have started is snapping a portrait of David on almost every roll of film — not shown are the countless images of David holding one of our nieces or nephews LOL. So in honor of David’s very belated 30th birthday and our 8th anniversary today, please enjoy this compilation of my favorite human 💛

Thanks for being the kindest, most loving, and most gentle soul. by @cschumanntran

New Series: Making Myself Clothes Until I Love My Closet Again with a Side Series: Finding My Style Again (i should trademark this amazing title in case TLC comes in and steals it)

Part 1 — I don’t love summer because heat but maybe if I had cuter summer clothes I would like it more ?? Idk if those two things are related but worth a try. So I whipped up this shirred tube top in a night for the holiday weekend and I kind of love it so much that I wore it three days in a row oops. Might make a few more and maybe with straps to ~switch it up~ lol

A side side quest is to use up fabrics that I’ve been hoarding for forever and this was made from a linen I dyed years ago that I don’t even know what project it was for lol I have enough left to maybe make a matching pair of shorts so stay tuned by @cschumanntran
