I am so proud of my recent blood work. This is what clean eating, weight training/ cardio, eliminating stressors, hormone balance, 7-9 hours of quality sleep, and @leviathannutrition supplements can do. It’s not hard, you just have to want a healthy life. I refuse to look and feel my age. I have fallen in love with my fitness journey and I continue to evolve and learn from so many people. My daughter/coach @briannyt committed to planning my workout programs and nutrition for the last 4 years. She is one of my biggest supporters and I am so happy and honored I have her by my side….. I’m writing this post to the girl in the mirror who for so long has put others first before herself. I cheated myself. I take full responsibility of the old me. Letting go of my comfort zone and moving to Las Vegas 4 years ago was truely life changing. I struggled at first with not 1 but 2 right knee meniscus injuries that mentally and physically tested me. My daughter @briannyt and son in law @joesullivan_aod advised me to get in the gym. I knew I had to do something. She agreed to coach me with a workout/nutrition plan. I got a membership to @the_dragons_lair and never looked back. I have gained so much knowledge through my journey. That girl in the mirror has gained so much confidence and determination to keep getting better everyday. I strive to be the best version of myself, because she deserves it. I am in the best shape of my life and I want to first of all thank : Me, for putting in the work. To my husband @bgreat72 for always encouraging me when I need it the most. My coach: @briannyt and co- coach @joesullivan_aod ( the best in the game) , @limitlesssportsmedicine for not letting me fall apart and keeping my maintenance in check, @leviathannutrition for all my non negotiable supplements ( 1 reason why my bloodwork is on point), @the_dragons_lair ( being in the bodybuilding atmosphere is my motivation and inspiration) I never gave up and I look back and wished for me to be where I’m at today. 💕 taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @cterry1967

Not every defeat is a loss. Yes, winning is the ultimate goal, but you took accountability for the set backs and you made a promise to yourself to be better. That is a win in itself.
