HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

This is a hell of a recap, but I hope you stick with me throughout the whole thing. This year was full of stress, busyness, and a lot of other various stuff that felt overwhelming at the time: but looking back on it this year was also one filled with personal growth and incredible beauty that can’t really be compared in any other way.

Every month I did something amazing whether it was related to my own personal athletics, my business, my loved ones, or my best friend who I get to spend my entire life with.

Expressing gratitude and finding joy in the present moment is one of the most important skills any of us can develop and I hope anyone watching this video or reading this caption can take a moment to audit themselves each month and find something to be grateful for in 2026. It may not completely change your life, but it can absolutely change your outlook and that’s exactly how you change the future 😎

Rookie season officially in the books.
This weekend, I earned 9th place at my second pro show , the final show of my first season as an IFBB pro. And honestly, my heart is full. I’m proud of the work Cam and I have poured into this, and I’m proud of the athlete I’m becoming in the process. What I feel most right now isn’t disappointment tbh, it’s clarity. The feedback I received was exactly what I expected, and it showed me in a really honest way where I need to grow. Conditioning. And that’s okay. That’s part of this sport. It’s part of the evolution. It’s part of the price you pay to get better.

I respect this game so much. Bodybuilding will humble you, teach you, carve you down to the bone, and then hand you back pieces of yourself you didn’t even realize you were missing. I’ve learned so much this season about patience, about timing, about what I’m willing to push for and what I’m not willing to compromise just to speed up my own timeline. My journey doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. This is my race, and my road to greatness.
A placing doesn’t define the months of work, the discipline, the hunger, the sacrifices, or the heart that I’ve put into this. It can’t. This sport is subjective, but my effort has never been. And that’s something that no panel, and no number can take from me.

I’m incredibly grateful for @cameron_cheek for believing in me, challenging me, and investing in me not just as a physique, but as a human being. The improvements we’ve made already make me excited for what we’re going to build next season. I feel so supported, so understood, and so aligned with the vision we share.
And to my friends & family& love of my life : the ones who showed up, screamed their lungs out, sat through the entire show, checked on me, hugged me, loved me…thank you isn’t enough. I don’t take that kind of support lightly. I am so unbelievably lucky to have people who care about me as a person just as much as they care about the athlete on stage. That means more than any placing ever will.

I have officially named the series LMAO. But for real this place was amazing and I can’t believe something as unique as a fried chicken and waffle blueberry barbecue sandwich claim such a high spot on the list I have in my head of food I would do terrible things for lol.

The brisket sliders and brisket mac & cheese both were spectacular due to the fact that the brisket itself was amazing.

The wings were solid and even though I’ve had really good wings elsewhere: the sauces at this place really make it a step above anywhere else I’ve gone.

I’m glad I got to have a co host on this one @bgreat72 and thank you to him and @cterry1967 @briannyt for spending time with me on my birthday and making it a really nice one!!
