Working on this project made me realize something, just like Thomas Edison said, “Vision without execution is hallucination.”
I’ve always loved BTS content and have been wanting to shoot mine, so when director @kike_abiola put me on this, I knew this was it.

Although it was my first, it didn’t feel like it because I’ve watched a lot of @oluwadabest BTS content by @theagbajehalimah, so I knew I could ace it and I did! 💃💃

Women are dreamers, builders, nurturers, leaders, and visionaries, and every step forward, no matter how small, is a reminder of the power they carry within.

This monologue is a reflection of those stories. A tribute to the voices, the journeys, and the unwavering spirit of women everywhere, young and old.

There are days when I want more, more of everything, clients, opportunities…. Just moreee.

And if I’m being honest, there are moments when I wonder why some of those things aren’t happening yet. But whenever those thoughts get loud, I remind myself:

“Girl, calm down. Give yourself grace.”

You are putting in the work. You are showing up. You are preparing and just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean nothing is happening. You don’t know what God is protecting you from. You don’t know what capacity He is building in you for what’s ahead.

So instead of rushing the process, I’ve been learning to enjoy it.
To breatheeeeeee, lower the volume of the pressure, and trust that my season will come. And until then, I’ll keep preparing and not get tired 🫠🫠
