I swear I was just watching my little boy run around chasing a soccer ball… and now I’m sitting on the sidelines watching his LAST high school season. 😭

I’m soaking in every game, every picture, every “MOM!” and every moment, because I already know this season is going to go by way too fast.

Here we are again a whole new school year.. but this year hits a little harder as one of my babies begins high school another is starting their last year. Three months later, I’m back at work, back in the gym, getting stronger, and finally starting to see my results come together.

Am I completely healed? Nope. I still swell. My body is still changing, and I know I have more healing to do.

But when I look back at where I started compared to where I am now… 🥹
