Some kitchens give you more than a memorable meal—they give you a new perspective on what it takes to create at the highest level.

Spending time in the kitchen @lepavillonnyc was an opportunity to witness the focus, precision and teamwork behind every service. From the preparation and attention to detail to the communication required on the line, every part of the experience reflected the discipline and consistency needed to maintain such a high standard.

I’m grateful to @will_nacev and the entire Le Pavillon team for their hospitality and for welcoming me into their kitchen. Experiences like this continue to shape my growth, reminding me that there is always more to learn and room to become better at the craft. 👨🏾‍🍳 Thanks to @ajwhittaker_ @estock100 @jfkzhang_ you guys are rockstars. taken in One Vanderbilt by @culinary_guru_

Crazy to think this was already a year ago.

This was my first time stepping into a Michelin-starred kitchen, and for someone who has spent years building a career in this industry, getting the opportunity to spend time @restaurantdaniel was one of those moments where you stop and really take everything in.

The food was incredible, of course, but what stayed with me most was the standard behind it — the precision, discipline, organization and consistency required every single day.

For those of you who’ve been following along, you know I’m always looking for ways to grow, learn and become better at what I do. This experience gave me plenty to take back and have a lasting impact on this journey.

Much respect and appreciation to @lerouxeddy @clemlj and the entire team for welcoming me into their kitchen and allowing me to learn from them. taken in Manhattan, New York by @culinary_guru_

In the short term you are only good as your intensity. In the long term, you are only good as your consistency. Thanks for another birthday man up above 🙌 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈. This chapter is called Consistency. taken in York, Maine by @culinary_guru_
