Stop the day dreaming and take action.

Michelle and her sister each have full time careers.

They also had an idea for a business.

Did they drop everything and throw caution to the wind?

No. They slowed down, set realistic expectations and were disciplined around meeting every weekend to work on building their business.

There is an assumed romanticized idea that entrepreneurs need to commit every waking hour to their business. Yes, maybe eventually but what if you can’t? What if you (like most people) are not in the position to walk away from your day job?

MIchelle Imbrogno and her sister, Rachel Imbrogno are taking their time to build their travel experience business, Culinary Wine Camp in a sticky, sustainable way all while maintaining their full time careers.

🍷 We love when the DM becomes an IRL stop by! The lovely Lauren from @comealongct and her husband popped into @craftbottlz during their New Canaan date night just to say hello. She first learned about our trip from @greenwich.girl.

CWC Field Trips: US OPEN 🏕️

🎾 If you know Rachel and Michelle, you know we are absolutely obsessed with tennis - whether we are playing a friendly match or cheering from the stands. The US Open holds an incredibly special place in our hearts. In fact, Michelle actually worked on the grounds of the Open right after graduating from college!

While the tournament has grown and evolved dramatically since her days working behind the scenes, the pure excitement of being there never changes.

🎾 Because hospitality is all about sharing the good stuff, we wanted to pass along a few insider tips from our latest trip to help you navigate the grounds like a pro:
• The Drink Strategy: Divide and conquer. If you are going with a friend or family member, have someone head in a bit early to secure a spot in the Honey Deuce Express line. It moves, but a head start guarantees you won’t miss the opening serve. 🍸
• The Dining Move: Plan your meals ahead of time to beat the food court chaos. We highly recommend making a reservation at Fare, Chef Alex Guarnaschelli’s restaurant on the grounds. We are still thinking about the Chicken Milanese, the crisp Caesar Salad, and the incredibly refreshing Watermelon & Feta Salad. It is the perfect oasis to take a breath and enjoy a great meal amidst the high-energy crowds. 🍽️
