Stop the day dreaming and take action.

Michelle and her sister each have full time careers.

They also had an idea for a business.

Did they drop everything and throw caution to the wind?

No. They slowed down, set realistic expectations and were disciplined around meeting every weekend to work on building their business.

There is an assumed romanticized idea that entrepreneurs need to commit every waking hour to their business. Yes, maybe eventually but what if you can’t? What if you (like most people) are not in the position to walk away from your day job?

MIchelle Imbrogno and her sister, Rachel Imbrogno are taking their time to build their travel experience business, Culinary Wine Camp in a sticky, sustainable way all while maintaining their full time careers.

Listen to the entire episode, linked in bio to hear more tips on how to take the leap into starting your own business.

Day dating in New Canaan ✨🍷

We started at @craftbottlz chatting all things wine with Justin + Michelle and learning more about @culinarywinecamp and the incredible food + wine trips they host through Italy. Adding one of those to the bucket list immediately. 🇮🇹

Then over to Blackbird for cocktails—a perfectly moody stop—before walking to @elmrestaurant for dinner.

And let’s talk about that lobster pasta. Spicy lobster crema, stracciatella + basil. We swapped the bucatini for their handmade spaghetti because handmade spaghetti will win me over every single time. 🍝

Wine, cocktails, pasta + wandering around New Canaan with my favorite person. A very good day date.

Save this one for your next stop in New Canaan. 🤎
