josiah and i have been feeling the Holy Spirit prompt us to share something a bit personal on here, which is a little out of character for us, ha! but this is bigger than us — it’s about God’s goodness in the midst of a season of uncertainty. for nearly two years we’ve been praying to grow our family, and learned infertility is going to be a part of our journey. while we wait, hope, and pray for a miracle, we’re here to testify of God’s presence along the way.

in the midst of your circumstances, He is always there. He hears you, He sees you, and His peace is always available to you. while we are in a season of waiting, we are also experiencing His goodness and faithfulness. these photos are evidence of that! thank you Lord for our health, provision, friends, family and so many other blessings.

one of the cornerstone scriptures of josiah and i’s faith is the story in daniel 3 of shadrach, meshach, and abednego — we encourage you to go read it! but in verse 18, as they are being ordered into the fiery furnace, they say “even if” (!!!) the Lord doesn’t save them from the fire, they refuse to surrender and worship nebuchadnezzar’s idols. they are choosing to stand firm in their faith, no matter the cost! they still have to walk into the furnace, but once in there, there’s a 4th man in the fire with them - God. it says later in verse 27 that “not a single hair on their head was scorched!” what a testimony.

so here we are: praying to grow our family, but knowing that He is still good. He is still faithful. most of all, He is walking right here with us. and even if it never happens for us, Jesus is enough. He is always enough and His goodness is not dependent on any earthly outcome.

our prayer is that this encourages someone. when you lean on Jesus, He will always meet you wherever you are, no matter your furnace. and if you choose to look for it, there will always be something to be thankful for and joy to be found, for we are called to walk by faith and not by sight 🤍 by @cunninghamkatie

well hi everyone - it’s me, katie !! 🤭 the face behind the camera (and tbh, where i’d prefer to always be rather than in front, ha!) but i figured it was time to reintroduce myself!

this job + this business is truly a blessing from God. i could never have imagined all of the places it would lead and doors that would open 8 years ago when i first embarked on this journey! what an honor to be trusted with my clients most precious memories. 🫶🏼

a little about me: i’m married to my best friend + celebrating our 5 year anniversary this summer! i am a lover of all things horses! catch me in the saddle whenever i get the chance. if i’m at home in okc — i’m the ultimate homebody, but tempt me with a trip and i’m there! it’s impossible to describe myself in a caption, but overall i just want to love others well. i’m so glad you’re here!!!

✨Intention. a core belief. do what you love and what makes sense to you as a couple. make decisions that mean something and it will forever be timeless.
When we look back on last summer’s wedding for Grace and Wilson, we couldn’t think of a more perfect example of what planning with intention means.
every aspect of their day had roots, a legacy and what a beautiful way to embark on forever. from getting ready in her childhood home, married in the church her parents were married, having a reception in her dad’s former office building to sourcing vintage plates for dinner , and topping it off with an heirloom cake topper passed between family and treasured friends.
It’s no secret we love the details, but we love them even more when they have a story behind them.✨
