ALBUM OUT NOW! 🦜🇧🇷🌺
On vinyl LP, CD and digital in all the usual places.

What a journey it has been! January 24 we started working on our first song and now two years later the whole project is out in the world. There have been countless hours working with such wonderful creative people. There have been countless days in the studio, sometimes highly concentrated and sometimes just laughing our bellies out. The most beautiful thing about this project is that it all felt right from the start. And it is such a privilege and a pleasure to be able to do something with all your heart. We’re so happy with what we created and we’re very excited to see this project grow. Have fun with the music! We hope you can relate, reflect, enjoy and dance to the tracks.

So much love,
Curió Curió

We’re happy to welcome @curio____curio a musical duo that blends 1970s Brazilian popular music (MPB), samba, and psychedelic disco to Atemporal for the first of many listening sessions to come together with @mrbongoworldwide

Join Dustin Braun from Curió Curió for an intimate album listening session at Atemporal. Dustin will share stories from the production and creative process, exploring the influences, ideas, and inspirations that shaped its sound.

We’ll finish with an open Q&A—a chance to ask questions and discover more about the music and the journey behind it.

An evening of sound, storytelling, and shared listening in Atemporal’s intimate listening room.

The beauty in destiny ✨

One encounter was all it took; from there came @curio____curio, a duo that created a mesmerising blend of MPB, samba and psychedelic disco.

All from an instinct to follow wherever the music lead.

It’s now lead to us; they are live on our stage for their UK debut show Wednesday 21 October. by @curio____curio

Já conhecem os Curió Curió? 😏

For the next instalment, we’ve asked one of the most talked about new acts on the scene, @curio____curio, to give us an insight into a special record from their collection.

You know Curio Curio’s score by now. A meeting of minds between Rio-born, Austria-based singer and actress @luiza.c.o.m and German producer @dstn___brn they have crafted the sound of the summer with their infectious Brazilian MPB-groove project shaped by psychedelic disco and studio experimentation.

Fresh Brazilian fusion on Mr Bongo from Curió Curió, Rio-born singer Luiza Monteiro and German producer Dustin Braun.

Their debut folds MPB into psychedelic disco and samba, recorded to tape with a live ensemble. Gal Costa and Jorge Ben clearly somewhere in the rearview. by @curio____curio
