"There's a boldness and optimism here that you don't find everywhere, and that freedom to design beyond the predictable is what excites me," shares Miami-based designer Cristina Alvarez of Curio Interior Design. To celebrate individuality and shape interiors that feel true to the people who inhabit them, Alvarez, one of the honorees of the LUXE NEXT Class of 2026, blends quiet luxury with lived-in warmth, tapping into unexpected color stories and curated vintage pieces alongside contemporary luxury elements. And if you ask her, there is no better place than Miami to find inspiration for this "mix of artistry and residential intimacy." Find out more about Alvarez and discover the full LUXE NEXT Class of 2026 at the link in bio.

One of my favorite shots from the entry foyer of our Grove Isle project, featured in the September issue of Modern Luxury Interiors.

We sourced the vintage 1950s Italian scalloped beechwood console from @1stdibs and paired it with a mirror by the talented @enyleeparker Custom millwork was designed to seamlessly house a linen closet and washer/dryer, all tucked neatly into the entry.

So thrilled to see our Grove Isle project featured in the September issue of @modernluxuryinteriors.

Our first project in print feels extra special. So grateful for the talented team who helped bring this project to life, and for a trusting client who gave us the freedom to create something really special together.
