There is something especially meaningful about seeing a project created through true collaboration featured in the pages of Modern Luxury Interiors.

This Grove Isle residence began with a deeply personal art collection and a vision for a home that would honor the homeowners’ Cuban American roots while feeling collected, contemporary and entirely their own.

Through the collaboration of Curio ID’s richly layered interior design, EOLO Design’s architectural vision and Sanandres Construction’s craftsmanship, the residence was completely reimagined—creating a more fluid relationship between the kitchen, dining room, living areas and the beautiful Biscayne Bay views beyond.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate this feature alongside our talented collaborators and grateful to the homeowners who entrusted all of us with such a personal transformation.

This project included a full pool renovation and the addition of over 500 square feet of new outdoor living space, creating the perfect setting for entertaining and relaxing. From concept to completion, every detail was designed to blend beauty, function, and durability.

From concept to completion, three years of thoughtful design and true collaboration.

@frankie_and_wallys draws from the energy of a NYC bodega, the warmth of a European country kitchen and that effortless Miami Mediterranean charm that defines Coral Gables. Custom wood millwork, unlacquered brass that will patina beautifully over time, natural stone and warm, ambient lighting come together to create a space that feels inviting, nostalgic and elevated.
