So many people have been telling me how much they love “Slow Down” since its release earlier this year. One of those people is my very own piano instructor, the one and only @curtbuell . He is the founder and lead educator of the @thebuellinstitute , and he just spontaneously decided to cover some of “Slow Down” on organ during one of our lessons. It blessed me so much that I had to share it🙌🏽

If you or anyone you know is looking to take your piano/organ skills to the next level, make sure to check him out on Instagram and visit his website as well!

Today, I’m so excited to finally share our new single, “Goodness of God.”

I’m truly humbled by the amazing musicians and people I get to make music with. You can have all the ideas in the world, but it takes extraordinary musicians to breathe life into them — and every person on this single brought something uniquely their own.

And what better thing to make music about than how good God is.

Through every season, He has been faithful. I’m grateful that we get to take the gifts He’s given us and use them to make music that celebrates His goodness.

CREDITS

Piano, Rhodes, Synths, Programming & Producer: Kris Crunk
Arrangement: Kris Crunk & Mountclear Jazz
Brass Arrangement: Kris Crunk, Cody McVey & Gabriel Bello
Copyists: Cody McVey & Tyler Williams
Electric & Acoustic Guitars: Dave Cleveland
Bass Guitar: Preston Shewbridge
B3 Organ: Curt Buell
Drums: Scott Williamson
Percussion: Eric Darken
Brass Section: Bro Horns

Mix: Bill Schnee
Mastering: Sangwook “Sunny” Nam

To everyone who poured their talent into this single — thank you. I’m truly honored to make music alongside people of this caliber.

And something that matters to me: No AI was used at any point in the process of creating or recording this music. Every note you hear was created, played, shaped, and brought to life by real musicians.

“Goodness of God” is available NOW on all major streaming platforms.

Hit the link in my bio to listen to the full single, save it, and add it to your playlist. And if it connects with you, share it with someone who could use a reminder today of just how good God is.

Thank you for listening and supporting the music. It truly means a lot. by @curtbuell
