The Fall Byway wrapped up last weekend! 🍂

It took me a little bit to get these edited because I’ve been sick and busy getting everything ready for next week’s Terra Trophy Rally.

A couple years ago, this Ranger Raptor left our shop built for adventure.
Since then, it’s logged tens of thousands of miles, seen more trails than we could count, and helped create a whole lot of memories along the way.
That’s the part of a build we really like seeing. Not just how it looks when it leaves the shop, but how it holds up after years of actually being used.
Back in the shop for a little attention, then right back to doing what it was built to do.

The goal with this ’97 80 Series was never to make it perfect. It was to make it right.

We went through the mechanicals, handled the timing chain, valve cover gasket and the other things that needed attention, then worked through the suspension and setup to make sure it was ready to get back on trail.

Dobinsons 4” IMS suspension, 37x12.50R17 Toyo R/T Pros on ICON Alloy Hulse wheels, ARB Deluxe front bumper, White Knuckle sliders, Warn VR EVO 12-S and a Factor 55 UltraHook.

It still has the scratches. It still has the dents. It still looks like a Land Cruiser that’s lived a life.

Now it’s ready to keep living one.

Not perfect. Right.

This one had a few hiccups before it came to us. Winch wasn't working, wiring issues, Switch-Pro didn’t switch. Whether it was another shop missed the mark or your DIY project got out of hand. Builds don’t always start from scratch.

Sometimes the next adventure calls for the next evolution.

This Tundra came to us already well equipped, but the owner was ready to move beyond his Alu-Cab AluCabin. We upgraded it with an Alu-Cab ModCAP Family camper, installed a Dobinsons suspension, and reinstalled his existing REDARC electrical system so everything he already trusted continued to work seamlessly.

The best builds aren’t about replacing everything. They’re about building on what already works and creating a vehicle that’s ready for the next chapter.

Amanda's she shed is shipping out. That's right "SHE" shed during the week and family overlander on the weekends.
