Compassbox whisky shares everything.

What goes into their blends - and why.

Sometimes, it’s the smallest details that make the biggest difference. Orchard House is a good example.

Compassbox whisky mature 85–98% of the whisky themselves, often from new make, to build that bright, fruit-forward character from the start.

Then they add just a touch of smoky Caol Ila (around 2%) - to bring balance and length to the finish.

We’re beyond excited to welcome our first overseas guest bartender of the year, coming all the way from Tainan. Xenya (阿紫) @yunting0903 of BarHome @barhome1201 , Hennessy 2025 Winner in Taiwan, will take over our bar later this month.

On 15 June from 7:00 PM until drinks are sold out, Xenya will present her signature cocktails paired with Chef Gavin’s food, with support from Maison Ferrand (Plantation Rum, Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac) @cws_finewines .
