On Fridays we drink:
SAKUTINI

• 45 ml Mancino Vermouth Sakura
• 20 ml Mezcal
• 1 bar spoon Agave Syrup
• A few drops of Citric Acid Solution (20/80)
• A few drops of Saline Solution (20/80)

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

A different way to enjoy Sakura. Will you try it?

The hour changes. So does the shades.
But the drink is still the same.
A negroni, served cold, with the right amount of vermouth.
Some evenings are better kept simple.

Some classics never leave the conversation.

A perfectly chilled Martini and a good reason to stay for another.
Sometimes, the simplest drinks have the most to say.

On Fridays We Drink:
Americano.
Born in Italy, built for the aperitivo.

• 30 ml Mancino Vermouth di Torino Rosso Amaranto
• 30 ml bitter
• Top with soda

Build over ice and garnish with orange.
Long, refreshing and just bitter enough to make the second one sound like a very reasonable idea. 🍸

Some weeks require a Negroni.
This one makes it official.

Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto. Plenty of ice. A slice of orange.
The Negroni has been doing its job perfectly for over a century.

Happy #NegroniWeek 🥃

Behind every great cocktail is a good measure of something worth drinking on its own.

Mancino Vermouth Chinato.
Complex, bitter and wine-led, whether it ends up in the mixing glass or not.

Not every vermouth is made to play the same role.

Mancino Vermouth Chinato brings together the richness of red wine, bitter botanicals and the distinctive character of cinchona bark.

Drink it neat, over ice, or let it take a cocktail somewhere unexpected.

Today it’s the first day kids are back to school in Italy.
Grownups in the meantime enjoy their first day of holiday, by the pool, with a spritz.
