For every one of these that comes out of the kiln in one piece looking the way you envisioned them a lot comes out like the 2 nd pic! You spent hours of time making something and then you find it in pieces. I will have to say that now a days I am better w loosing my art then I used to be but it’s still heart breaking. Ceramics is a fragile process with many elements needed to go right so every piece that survives are such an incredible joy. Even though this is the process it’s what gives it magic❤️😊 love it by @cy.ramics

Morning reveal! Straight from the kiln, I'm loving the organic texture and the way pinkish/purple shades peeked through the white circles.#lavaglaze #dark #circles #interiordesign #ceramicsart #keramik SOLD by @cy.ramics

These triangle shapes are the contrast to my soft round work but still keeps the softness from the glaze. Wheel thrown then hand manipulated into sharp edges added spouts balances to create different shapes . Glazed w movements that brings the texture and makes them all one of a kind by @cy.ramics

This work is wheel throw and then hand manipulated into different shapes to create a smooth but balanced form . I then throw shapes from porcelain that I attach and glaze in light blue celadon to blend the dark and raw w the light and airy …. by @cy.ramics
