What a fun day this was – makes me want to do it all over again!

@cy_keat, it’s been amazing being married to you this past one year. So many life lessons learned: keeping the toilet seat down, turning off lights and fans saving all the electricity I possible can, walking as if I’m trying not to wake a sleeping bear, reacting to your food right after the first bite, and pretending I can remember every single thing we’ve ever talked about.

Happy anniversary, Cyrene! Here’s to many more

I’m a few days late to post this but this had to be posted!!

Song choice might be funny… but this is your fav song to sing with me so of course I had to use this. And honestly who cares? Cause it’s our song 🤍

These pics are my fav memory of us because we’re planting a plant in your late husband’s and my granddads graveyard. Although you did 99% of the work and I only helped towards the end because you were a pro with the 🪏 haha that’s my cool grandma!!

The rest of the pics where I forced you to pose with me and I was making you laugh to get a smile out of you and you got irritated at me (in a good way)… our relationship has always been like this and it’s the best 🫶🏻

Seeing this photo fills my heart with so many emotions. ❤️ Once upon a time … they were just two little siblings growing up together, creating memories that seemed endless. Life eventually took them in different directions… each chasing their dreams and carrying their own responsibilities.

Today my niece visited her brother at the hotel where he proudly works as a chef. For a moment … it felt like time stood still. The distance, the busy schedules and the years apart disappeared … leaving only the beautiful bond of a brother and sister.

So proud of the amazing young adults they have become. Watching them grow is one of the greatest joys of my life. ❤️👨‍🍳👩

How much we’ve grown from where we once were. We’ve always lived different lives, and now even more so with your new job and my married life.

There’s still so much left for us to do, and I’m so proud that you’ve never given up, no matter what the situation was. Hold on and keep going…our time is coming!

We’ve been through so much individually, both as kids and as adults, and together as siblings. Very cheesy, but I wanted to document your day here because no matter how annoying and weird our relationship is, I’m grateful to have you in my life.

Happy birthday, Mama Chan 🤍

You might not be on any social platform, but I still wanted to leave this here to hold onto our memories and share about the beautiful bond we share 🥰

You’ve been so much more than just an aunt to me… you’ve always been like an elder sister and a safe place. Before I even speak, you already know what I mean. Even when my words fail, you still somehow understand my heart. We can talk for hours about the smallest things and the deepest thoughts, and still never run out of things to say 🫶🏻

I feel so blessed to have an aunt so close to my age, someone I can laugh with, learn from, and lean on. You carry so much patience, so much kindness, and so much joy, and I truly admire you for that 🫂

I pray that God grants you every desire of your heart, fills your life with heavenly joy, and blesses you with everything good. May you never lack anything your heart needs 🤍

I was a day early to wish you and now a day late to post this but Happy Birthday to my dearest Mama Dr. @jane_lunghar 🤍

Ever since I was growing up, you never failed to make me laugh, and you always gave me the best health advice. You stayed with me throughout my 10th boards because I needed help with my studies, and I’ll never forget the hilarious memory of us missing each other’s exit after my paper got over 😂 and then finally getting to travel together post lockdown! The best trip with you… can’t wait for the next one 🥰

So many fun memories, and so many times you took me in as your own child and gave me life advice too, while we also chatted about things no other aunt and niece would 😚

Here’s to another amazing year in your life. May God continue to use you wherever you go, and may His goodness be shown in your life always 💛

Praying big prayers for you today as you step into another new year of life, which is going to be bigger, better, and more blessed. Surely your cup will overflow with God’s goodness... oh, be so ready, my friend! 🤍

May you continue to walk in faith and challenge the enemy in ways our human minds could never understand. The anointing has always been with you, and this is just the beginning.

Friendships are funny because there are times when you don’t talk for years or days, but you still know you can always go back to that one person who just gets it. Thank you for being that person for me. I’m so glad we share the same vision for our people here, and I’m happy to see you walk in it, claiming the promises God has given us.
