Our 2022.12 release update includes a lot of new features and as always new camera integrations like the new Sony FR7. It’s the world’s first pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera to combine a full-frame image sensor, an interchangeable lens design, and remote shooting functionality.

Our Cyanview RCP can be used for shading obviously but also to move, record and recall positions, to control the camera menu and also for tally. The #GIF below also features, and for the first time, our upcoming CY-RCP-J aka « RCP Joystick » 🤩

A new @nfl season is upon us, and the First to Fly @profootballhof is the Last to Fly from #SuperBowlLX. The GCAM Team flew a Custom-built American-made Broadcast drone during the 2025 Season, and the quality was so seamless with the Broadcast that nobody noticed.

Flight times longer than the Inspire 3 and double the image quality, in @sony 10-bit HLG…Add an Optical Zoom, AND full camera control to your video shaders on a private network without congested cellular dongles, all while at the World’s largest events?

GCAM built 4 of these packages for SB60, and they don’t exist anywhere else in the world. American-made, NDAA Blue List aircraft. The highest quality Live Broadcast drone with the longest flight time, and the most seasoned veterans in the TV business, can be seen on @snfonnbc, @nflonprime, and @netflix coverage this NFL season 🔥

Some client tests with the Cyanview control system and the ARRI Alexa Mini LF today. Bringing precise remote camera and lens control to a large-format cinema camera for cinematic multi-camera productions.

It’s often cameras and lenses that get all the attention, but it’s the infrastructure around them that can make all the difference.
 CyanView has become part of how we can support more complex cinematic and multi-camera productions at Shoot Blue.

CyanView is a camera-agnostic remote camera control system, allowing anything from a single camera to large multi-camera setups to be monitored and controlled from a central point.

For DOPs and DITs, it provides a practical way to maintain consistency across multiple cameras, particularly when they’re mounted on cranes, vehicles, or hard-to-reach rigging positions. It’s equally at home with ARRI, Sony VENICE, the Sony FX series, and Blackmagic cinema cameras, making it well suited to mixed camera packages.

Combined with appropriate connectivity and infrastructure, it opens up the possibility of operating a fully wireless camera department, reducing rigging complexity and increasing flexibility where that workflow makes sense.

CyanView also offers some particularly useful functionality, including direct iris control on Sony FX6 and FX9 cameras with Sony E-mount lenses, without the need for external lens motors. It’s complemented by CyanView Dashboard, a browser-based interface for camera monitoring and control from a desktop, tablet or phone.

This week the HAMBURG OPEN show will, as usual, kick off the trade show season for Cyanview.

On Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 January 2024, we will be on the @dreamchiptechnologies stand to showcase how to control ATOM cameras with Cyanview, from the AtomOne mini AIR (smallest SDI broadcast camera) to the SSM500 (smallest high-speed broadcast camera).
