When I came back to California from New York.. it was during an extremely difficult time. One of the game changers that was right at my fingertips when I arrived was a very special yoga studio. It supported my mental health while simultaneously getting my strength back. I never imagined I would be where I am now. As of yesterday I got offered a job at the very same studio. It’s not only been a sanctuary for me to heal but a stomping ground to silence the noise and find who I am through my practice. I can’t believe I get to say that I get to do yoga everyday.Feeling immensely grateful. The unexpected turns may sometimes lead you exactly where you’re supposed to be. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way🩵🩵 by @cydneysings

Perfect weekend with the love of my life @noah.gephartcanada . Experiencing firsts together, reconnecting to childhood, and connecting to the most spontaneous version of ourselves. I love you. Not a day goes by where I don’t think about how grateful I am the world brought me back to you. 🪐♥️ by @cydneysings

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better birthday. Yesterday I spent the day with my mom taking in the new year with all things self care: hot yoga, lap swim, and then a nice sushi lunch to top off our time together. My evening consisted of being completely surprised by my man @noah.gephartcanada and his family with a little mermaid birthday party. What took place: games, jam sessions, laughing and overflowing amounts of love. My 27th year was a lot about healing from childhood wounds. My 28th birthday I wanted to feel like childhood, this was the perfect start. 🧜‍♀️🩵🎂 by @cydneysings

[28] 🎂🎈 This year has been filled with many highs lows and in betweens. With twists and turns and many lessons learned, I find myself wanting things I never expected. I’ve spent my 27th year navigating between two coasts, on a journey of self discovery. Through it all my mom’s been by my side. My gratitude has no limits. I even fell in love again with a partner of mine from a few years back, timing is everything. Cheers to 28 and wanting to find the strongest and most confident version of myself. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way. In honor of the day share your favorite memory we’ve had together. 💝🩷💕 by @cydneysings

The start of my Oregon trip has consisted of the best hike I’ve been on in my entire life, the blood moon lunar eclipse, the most epic waterfalls, more moons, much needed time with one of my best friends, and wisdom from Winnie the Pooh 🍯🌳 by @cydneysings
