Post-birthday vibes have officially hit. 🥹 Thank you for the overwhelming amount of love this year. Another year around the sun, and here are a few things I’m especially grateful for: 1. My wife @d.kovacic ❤️ The anchor in my life. The love and support she gives me, her willingness to go along with all my adventures (even when she absolutely hates the idea), and the fact that she never fails to keep me humble. There really aren’t enough words to describe how much I love and appreciate you. Thank you for always supporting me, putting up with my nonsense, and being the most road-raged Uber driver there is. #PassengerPrincess 2. My family and the homies 🫶 Y’all know who you are. Thank you for always showing up, supporting me and all my random ventures, but also keeping it real and never letting anything get to my head. 3. My @myodetox team 💪 Grateful to be surrounded by a team that consistently puts in the work and continues to push our profession forward across all disciplines. Thank you for trusting me to coach, mentor, and lead alongside you here in YYC. And to the mentors I have both within @myodetox and outside of Myo, thank you for continuing to challenge me, support my growth, and help me become someone who can do the same for others. Proud of what we’re building and the different approach to rehab we’re bringing to Calgary. 4. The community 🤝 One thing I’ve really worked hard on this past year is building genuine connections, showing up, and finding ways to support the people in our community. There’s honestly no better feeling than walking into an event and seeing good people get the success they deserve. Whether it’s simply showing up to support, being a small part of someone’s story, or helping them along the way to their main character moment, it’s pretty special. Being able to celebrate other people’s wins…That’s what it’s all about. —— Here’s to 33. Let’s make this year even bigger 😈 taken in Calgary, Alberta by @d.kovacic

13 years together, 2 years officially married. It’s been a wild two years. From local shows at @screamyeg and @badlandsmusicfest, to bucket list shows like @ultraeurope and @tomorrowland. From travelling across North America and Europe, to rescuing our garbage cat, running 21.1 km and buying a home together. I couldn’t ask for a better partner in crime. I love you lots. taken in EARTH by @d.kovacic

#SeaWheeze 2026 was one for the books 🏃‍♂️🌊 Couldn’t be happier or more proud of @d.kovacic for finishing her FIRST half marathon. Five months ago, she couldn’t run more than 3K straight. Since then, she’s put in the work, overcome a femoral neck stress fracture, and somehow still came within striking distance of a sub-2 half. All I’ll say is… LETS GOOOOOOO!!! ❤️🔥 Shoutout to all the homies, photographed and not. The YYC running community took over YVR! You absolutely love to see it. And a huge shoutout to the @myodetox clinical team for showing up as the official Recovery Zone partner with @lululemon. Had the pleasure of meeting sooo many cool people! Running, community, and recovery. Couldn’t ask for a better pairing. What a weekend. See y’all in 2027 ✌️😜✌️ taken in Vancouver, Canada by @d.kovacic

One last track day before @lululemon #SeaWheeze 🏃‍♂️💨 The work is done. The miles are in. Incredibly proud of @d.kovacic for putting in the work and trusting the process ❤️ Now it’s time to eat a shit ton of food. For everyone heading to SeaWheeze, make sure y’all stop by the Recovery Zone. There’s an elite crew of @myodetox clinicians holding it down all weekend. I’m counting on them to fix me up before we go from running 21.1K to vibin’ to @johnsummit and @dombresky 🕺 See you soon, #YVR ✌️ by @d.kovacic
