This is a special post for a special group of ladies. Our 9/10 ladies are USATF National Champions. Man; I’m a proud a coach and I’m blessed by God to be able to work with such talent. Although they may be behind the scenes I with some phenomenal coaches that really help get the best out of these kids. @mateiusbrown , @speedy_sto , @d25anderson , @fields_boi all help pull these ladies and this team to their best every Single day. These 4 ladies went to NY and dominated, even scoring the second most points out of any age group (male or female). Let’s toast it up ladies ! taken in New York, New York by @d25anderson

I had so much fun competing at AAU Indoor Nationals with my team, @secondgearspeed! I was able to secure my 7th All American title with 2nd place in Shot Put!

Thank you to my family and my coaches for guiding me! A special shoutout to my throwing coach, @mateiusbrown for helping me with my skill set. There's so much for me to learn and I'm looking forward to chasing my next PR!

We are BACK outside with the Speed Clinics. April 18th at Twins Lakes in Durham; we will be hosting another 1 day Camp for athletes (and coaches) to teach and train the different requirements and techniques of speed. Not just Track & Field speed, but changing of direction, plyometrics, and how they all translate to different sports.
This is Not just our philosophies and methods, but a culmination of years of experience, research, and observations that have led us to creating speed models that translate to the track, field, or court.
