We did a thing yesterday. 😂

Ever wondered what a 4x100 looks like from the athlete’s perspective? Slide left. 👀 We had Meta glasses on, so you’re seeing exactly what we saw in Lane 5

And one more thing…

Give us ANY team of 30+ year old parent/coaches and tell ’em to line it up. 😤

Second Gear Speed gonna show ’em how we get down. 🏁🔥

A truly unforgettable highlight of the clinic was the opportunity to meet Olympian @justingatlin! Grateful for the chance to hear firsthand about his dedication and techniques that has made him an accomplished athlete! District/Regions up next!!!!

Speed is a Skill 2026 !!

Grateful to be able to work alongside my guy Devin Anderson to host a clinic and show these kids techniques and skills that can take their speed to the next level no matter what sport they play. We had athletes that represented baseball, lacrosse, soccer, football, basketball and Track & Field and we all got 1% better yesterday. Special thanks to @milesph02 and @kyisfit for being a great help as well throughout the camp

This is a special post for a special group of ladies. Our 9/10 ladies are USATF National Champions. Man; I’m a proud a coach and I’m blessed by God to be able to work with such talent. Although they may be behind the scenes I with some phenomenal coaches that really help get the best out of these kids. @mateiusbrown , @speedy_sto , @d25anderson , @fields_boi all help pull these ladies and this team to their best every Single day. These 4 ladies went to NY and dominated, even scoring the second most points out of any age group (male or female). Let’s toast it up ladies !
