Awesome watching these young @peakpursuitscycling shredders get their gravity legs under them while checking out the Valemount bike park last week. Dad legs are getting up to heart temp with these speeds! @evankrahn @tomreid82 Took this newfound confidence to Sun Peaks on a detour home and cemented the stoke (calluses) with three 4000m+ days. Felt like coming down from orbit going back to work. #valemountbikepark #valemountbc #sunpeaksbikepark #dirtchurch by @da__lambo

Solid all-time fall time kicking off with the @united_riders_of_crowsnest #beeskneesenduro in September and rolling steady with Moose shuttling (either via ebike towee or truck) almost every following weekend. Isla wants the snow to hurry up and Clara wants more 7-27 and Sidetrax. Not a ‘cross bike touched!

Not exactly shreddin’ but the good times didn’t entirely shut down after separating my shoulder at Harper back in May. Season of not letting injuries get us down happening here. by @da__lambo

Stoked with another awesome @thesaltydogenduro sandwiched by good times in Golden and Invermere. I’m happily reminded regularly about how I owe the girls a “crush cake”. #dirtchurch by @da__lambo

Solid bit of enduro action lately between @bikecochrane ‘s awesome Angry Hawk Youth-Duro, followed up with a Crowsnest training camp with @fosterbiker82 and then a trip to the bigger leagues this past weekend. Still skyin’ off some quality times in Radium, having watched these young shredders roll down South Park and Hula for the first time, then ask for more. #mountswansea #bordercolliesofinstagram #rundlemountaincyclingclub by @da__lambo

Good times with great people in Salmon Arm for @thesaltydogenduro - Isla and Eliza swapped laps for their full three hours in the U15 and tricked us into believing they were actually 13, earning them an audience with @cpendrel . @zuzanaecerova and I tried to fake xc fitness and waged the couples relay war for 4th. Clara was stoked with the kids cookie race, and got her photo in the local paper. Skyla rode every day and as a finale got to chase Isla down Mt. Seven on the way home (xc race = shuttling earned). Lot of driving, but basically travelled time into July conditions and scene stoke. Another great weekend at the #lakelouiseloppet - kids had fun and @zuzanaecerova got her classic on. Skyla held it down as cutest #bordercollie on the lake. taken in Lake Louise in Banff National Park by @da__lambo

Multisport dad camp on the long weekend - hit three sessions @blinebikepark and a couple #braggcreektrails xc ski missions. #blinebikepark needs riders if we want it to stay around so go shred! taken in B-Line Indoor Bike Park by @da__lambo

Still basking in the fatigue - and the soul-stoking satisfaction - of a week of Fernie fam jamming followed by the sickest time I’ve had on a bike in years, a week in Golden with the best crew possible. Thanks to @fosterbiker82 for pulling it and us all together, and to @regmullett for taking it to 11. #dirtchurch by @da__lambo
