Our first Wellness Wednesday.

There was movement, sound, conversation, and the simple goodness of making room to gather in the middle of real life.

Mahalo to Kapua of @e.ola.kino for guiding us through gentle yoga, and to Blaine of @daconchhi for closing our morning with sound healing.

And mahalo to every mama who joined us. 🤎 You showed up exactly as you were, and together we got to begin this new monthly rhythm for Māmāwalu.

A special mahalo to @key_project for welcoming us and allowing us to gather in such a beautiful space. We’re so grateful to have a place in our community where mornings like this can happen.

We’ll gather again October 28 from 9:30–11:30 AM—and we have a little something extra planned for this one. 👀🌿

More soon.

Until then, a little look at our very first Wellness Wednesday. taken in KEY Project by @daconchhi

Maybe you’ve been thinking about joining us.

Consider this your invitation.

This Wednesday, we’re gathering at KEY Project for our first Wellness Wednesday—a morning of gentle movement, sound healing, and community.

Kapua of @e.ola.kino will lead us through an hour of gentle yoga, followed by 30 minutes of sound healing with Blaine of @daconchhi

You don’t need yoga experience.
You don’t need to arrive calm.
And you don’t need to have the week figured out before you come.

Bring your yoga mat, a towel, your keiki if they’re with you, and come as you are.

Wellness Wednesday came from a pretty simple idea: making a little room in the middle of real life. 🌿

Not because everything else needs to stop.

Not because we need to arrive calm, rested, or with the week perfectly together.

But because while we’re caring for our ʻohana, tending to our work, building things, dreaming things, and moving through all the pieces of everyday life, we deserve space to tend to ourselves too.

Once a month, Wellness Wednesday gives us a place to do that together.

To move.
To connect.
To experience different wellness practices.
And to spend a little time in community with other mamas.

Nothing to prove. Nothing you need to be before you walk through the door.

Just come as you are. 🤎

Our next Wellness Wednesday is September 30 at @key_project .

Gentle yoga with Kapua of @e.ola.kino

Introducing Wellness Wednesday.

Every last Wednesday of the month, we’ll gather at KEY Project for a little space in the middle of real life.

At the heart of each gathering will be gentle yoga led by Kapua of @e.ola.kino, with opportunities to experience additional shared wellness practices along the way.

For this month’s gathering, we’ll begin with an hour of gentle yoga with Kapua of @e.ola.kino followed by 30 minutes of sound healing facilitated by Blaine of @daconchhi .

Today was our first Hui Mama Wela gathering.

It was a small group, but the impact felt anything but small.

We shared stories, reflected on what we’re building, and began creating vision boards for the seasons ahead. Keiki played nearby, conversations unfolded naturally, and new connections were formed around the table.

A special mahalo to Blaine @daconchhi for opening our gathering with sound therapy, helping us slow down, arrive as we were, and create space for what the morning would become.

Māmāwalu has never been about filling a room. It’s about creating space for meaningful connection, possibility, and support as we grow.

Mahalo to everyone who joined us today. We can’t wait to gather again. taken in KEY Project by @daconchhi

!!!New Vendor Alert!!!

***Did you know that 40% of our zodiac signs are miscalculated? With True Sidereal Astrology, we correct these calculations with modern technology that utilizes the actual sizes of the constellations (zodiacs), inclusion of the 13th zodiac sign Ophiucus, consideration of the earths precession and the tilt of the earths axis. What does this all mean? It means that we use the visible sky offering you the most accurate readings as our ancestors intended. The best part is we’re bringing it to you so that you can experience the true magick of astrology.***

We’ve waited out the rain and our official debut is here! Come kilo with us on April 25th at the Pu’uhonua Mākeke in Waimānalo. Book an on-site session with us from 9am - 3pm. Sessions are limited due to time restrictions but will be offering discounts on our full services if you weren’t able to book with us during the mākeke.

Sessions includes a free complementary natal chart thermal print + an option to receive a full natal chart report pdf file through text or email. We can’t wait to share the ʻike of the ancient teachings of hermetics and true sidereal astrology with you all.
