A little movement, sound, reflection, and room for community.

Our October Wellness Wednesday is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to gathering with you!

This month, we’re bringing together a few wonderful women and their practices to create space for movement, rest, reflection, and connection in the middle of real life.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Gentle Yoga with Kapua of @e.ola.kino
An opportunity to move, stretch, and reconnect with your body at your own pace.

✨ Sound Healing with Blaine of @daconchhi
A little room to settle in, rest, and experience the sounds and vibrations of sound healing.

🌿 Rooted Reflection Circle with Tiare of @hoonaniwellness
A guided space to reflect on the season you’re in, explore what matters, and consider what you might need moving forward.

🤎 A little extra aloha from Kūmana Activewear @kumanaactive
Kawehi, the Kānaka ʻŌiwi makuahine, owner, and designer behind Kūmana, has generously gifted a $150 credit for one mama at our gathering!

Mahalo nui to the women sharing their practices and generosity with our Māmāwalu community. Each brings something different, and together we’re creating a little room for mothers to gather, connect, and grow alongside motherhood.

Māmāwalu is heading to Waiheʻe Festival! 🐙

Come find us this Friday, October 9 from 5–9 PM.

We’ll be there talking story, meeting more of the families in our community, and sharing a little more about what we’re building through Māmāwalu.

Whether you’re curious about our gatherings, want to hear about our next Wellness Wednesday on October 28, or simply want to stop by and say aloha, we’d love to connect with you.

Māmāwalu is growing through the relationships, conversations, and shared experiences that happen when we make room to gather.

And sometimes, that starts with a simple hello.

Our first Wellness Wednesday.

There was movement, sound, conversation, and the simple goodness of making room to gather in the middle of real life.

Mahalo to Kapua of @e.ola.kino for guiding us through gentle yoga, and to Blaine of @daconchhi for closing our morning with sound healing.

And mahalo to every mama who joined us. 🤎 You showed up exactly as you were, and together we got to begin this new monthly rhythm for Māmāwalu.

A special mahalo to @key_project for welcoming us and allowing us to gather in such a beautiful space. We’re so grateful to have a place in our community where mornings like this can happen.

We’ll gather again October 28 from 9:30–11:30 AM—and we have a little something extra planned for this one. 👀🌿

More soon.

Until then, a little look at our very first Wellness Wednesday.

Kapua of @e.ola.kino will lead us through an hour of gentle yoga, followed by 30 minutes of sound healing with Blaine of @daconchhi

You don’t need yoga experience.
You don’t need to arrive calm.

Bring your yoga mat, a towel, your keiki if they’re with you, and come as you are.

Wellness Wednesday came from a pretty simple idea: making a little room in the middle of real life. 🌿

Not because everything else needs to stop.

Not because we need to arrive calm, rested, or with the week perfectly together.

But because while we’re caring for our ʻohana, tending to our work, building things, dreaming things, and moving through all the pieces of everyday life, we deserve space to tend to ourselves too.

Once a month, Wellness Wednesday gives us a place to do that together.

To move.
To connect.
To experience different wellness practices.
And to spend a little time in community with other mamas.

Nothing to prove. Nothing you need to be before you walk through the door.

Just come as you are. 🤎

Our next Wellness Wednesday is September 30 at @key_project .
