Yoga practice in the morning with OM circle was exactly what I needed before a two day conference

I traditionally practice on a daily but when you’re out of the routine with a three hour time difference this Made, we look forward to getting up going by the water and being around like-minded and intentional human beings

Golden, flaky malawach fresh out of the pan, layered with hummus, tahini, sliced tomatoes, Israeli dill pickles, crushed black olives, prepped banana peppers right in the center, a sprinkle of feta with cayenne, and a drizzle of good quality EVOO. 🫒✨

It has taken me years to find a grocery store around here that actually carries all the traditional staples from my heritage that I love so much—malawach, jahnoun, fresh pita, and beyond.

Bringing these flavors together in my own kitchen today felt like a full-circle moment of pure comfort and coming back home to myself.

Today was a deeply needed self-care day.
A day to just slow down, sit with myself, tune inward, and nourish my heart and body from the inside out. 🌿💛

First time taking on the @nxptfit Games. 💥

When I put out the call on IG to see who was down, @wagsfamily4 was one of the first to step up. I needed a challenge that would push me physically without breaking me mentally—a space to just show up, give it my absolute all, and let the rest go.
Life had other plans and threw some interruptions along the way training for the games, but we still showed up. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to ride the wave with.
We came, we pushed, and we stayed locked in. ⚓️✨

That was the true goal. remaining totally unshakable, side by side. 🤝⚡️

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO THE WOMAN WHO RAISED ME TO STAY HUMBLE AND GRACEFUL.

To my mother,
Single motherhood changes the way Mother’s Day feels. While the world celebrates motherhood, you remember what it cost you to become one: the abandonment, the survival, the anxiety, and the financial pressure. You remember the guilt, the loneliness, the sacrifices, the overthinking, and the heartbreak. You remember the burnout, the missed sleep, the mental load, and the nights you cried after your I fell asleep.
You became the provider, the protector, the safe place, and the soft place all at once. And somehow, you still made magic out of survival. 🕊️
It took me time to fully know how much of your pain was swallowed just so my childhood could still feel safe—but I know! I understand how much strength it took to make life still feel normal.

Single mothers are not just “doing their best.” They are performing daily miracles with half the support and double the weight. That deserves more than flowers. 💐

Some superheroes wear capes; some answer to “Mom.” Happy Mother’s Day to the single moms who never get to put their capes down.
And to every other mother out there who thought she did it wrong: You didn’t. ✨🤍

When I think of my mother, no one compares to her
A love like no other, she puts everyone else first
And when I was younger, I treated her the worst
Never known someone stronger.

I don’t see you as much as I used to
But , I know what I would do when I see you soon I’ll tell you I love you a million times.
