Thank you to @dafnas_path

Yoga practice in the morning with OM circle was exactly what I needed before a two day conference

I traditionally practice on a daily but when you’re out of the routine with a three hour time difference this Made, we look forward to getting up going by the water and being around like-minded and intentional human beings

Dafna is a highly experienced yoga instructor that I have had the tremendous pleasure of crossing paths with. 🫶🏽

She is originally from New York and now based in San Diego for 7 years. She has 20 years experience in various modalities of yoga practice but what I appreciate the most about Dafna is her ability to guide you through your practice with breathwork and clear instruction about how you are moving your body and why for that mind/body connection. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Her classes are the type of classes that create dedicated yogis!
I am someone who struggles with settling my mind and truly taking time for myself during my daily routines.
Dafna is able to bring me to a place of focus and intention for the hour of her class. 🩵

She is an advocate for abused women and has helped several work towards freedom from their abusive situations.

Besides all of this amazingness, she also sings like you would never expect and if you are lucky enough, she will spontaneously be inspired to woo you with her incredible oprah like voice during her class. 💫

I am so excited for you all to experience her magic on Day 1 of SWWON. She will also be guiding us through our Om circle at the end of Day 1. It will be such a treat!!

Root Chakra -Think of your Root Chakra as your body’s anchor ⚓—it keeps you steady when life gets shaky. These bracelets are more than pretty beads…they’re little powerhouses of grounding, courage, and stability.

Meet the squad - in order of appearance 😁:
🐉 Dragon Bloodstone – courage booster
💚 Bloodstone – energy stabilizer
🖤 Onyx – protector & strength builder
🔥 Fire Agate – ignites passion + safety ( this one also connects w/ Sacral Chakra)

Together, they connect you back to your roots—body, earth, and inner strength. 🌍

Which Root Chakra stone are you vibin’ with right now? Drop your pick in the comments ⬇️

We've prepared something for you after the SWWON Summit! 😍 🏖️

The day after SWWON… it’s BEACH DAY! 🏖️ After days of learning, growing, and connecting, this is where we exhale together. 💛

Think of it as your chance to recharge, bond with your sugaring fam, and take home not just knowledge, but memories that last a lifetime. 🏖️

👙 Don’t forget your swimsuit, sunnies, and sunscreen—because the waves are waiting for you!

👉 Tag your SWWON bestie you’ll be on the sand with and let’s make it a day to remember. 😍✨

Our 30 day yoga journey came to an end yesterday at Sunset yoga in Solana beach with @summertimelove. Thank you to everyone that supported us this month. We enjoyed all the different aspects of yoga, from yoga sculpt, to vinyasa flow with @conjured.creation, hot yoga and yoga nidra with @dafnas_path , beach yoga, blindfolded, yoga in the park and everything in between @yogaxspin. It was a memorable experience. Yoga offers so many benefits beyond just the physical. Hope more people get out there and try it out. You never know. And who knows what where our next fitness adventure will take us… 🤪
