Happy Friday! There’s a brand new episode of Chasing Three Hours available wherever you get your podcasts. On this week’s episode, @creightonxctrack assistant coach @dahfayers joined @joshtweeterson to discuss chasing after big dreams, coming to America, and so much more. When did Matthew realize he was good at running and the sport could take him places? Josh is often interested in asking that question, and Matthew took him through his thoughts on his early years running and how it shaped his goals and views of the future. Later in his running career, he started going after a sub-four-minute mile. What was that process like? And when he was finally able to achieve that goal, how did it make him feel? Plus, running at Oklahoma State, becoming an assistant coach at Creighton, and what he hopes his career can mean moving forward. All that and more on this week’s podcast! Thanks to @fleetfeetomaha for being the title sponsor of Chasing Three Hours! by @dahfayers

This is the first father’s day since my dad passed away. Honestly it still hasn’t sunk in. Enjoy every moment with your family and don’t take those moments for granted. Thank you for always pushing, supporting and believing in me. I hope I made you proud and appreciate everything you did for me. RIP Dad, I miss you! by @dahfayers

Reflecting on the last ten years it’s safe to say a lot has happened; including spending the last seven studying in the US. However my favourite moment was getting to marry @lizzycat94, here’s to many more decades together. #2020 #decade #mawife by @dahfayers
