A 2016 throwback in honor of our 7th anniversary. Somethings never change, like Disney trips and coordinating outfits.

Happy Friday! There’s a brand new episode of Chasing Three Hours available wherever you get your podcasts. On this week’s episode, @creightonxctrack assistant coach @dahfayers joined @joshtweeterson to discuss chasing after big dreams, coming to America, and so much more. When did Matthew realize he was good at running and the sport could take him places? Josh is often interested in asking that question, and Matthew took him through his thoughts on his early years running and how it shaped his goals and views of the future. Later in his running career, he started going after a sub-four-minute mile. What was that process like? And when he was finally able to achieve that goal, how did it make him feel? Plus, running at Oklahoma State, becoming an assistant coach at Creighton, and what he hopes his career can mean moving forward. All that and more on this week’s podcast! Thanks to @fleetfeetomaha for being the title sponsor of Chasing Three Hours!

Wanted to take a slightly different take on my annual release from the photo vault, I mean my wedding anniversary. One of my absolute favorite parts of being married to you is the family that we are building. The way we make and break traditions to fit not only just the two of us (three if you count the cat) but how we fit into the families we brought together.

Thank you so much for all birthday wishes and celebrations! Having a holiday birthday requires flexibility, creativity, and understanding so being able to celebrate on my actual 30th birthday made it all so much sweeter. I can’t wait to see what this next decade brings! Also, check out @milieustudio_nwa for your party, class, Pop up, shower needs! It was a beautiful and perfect space for our party!
