I SAID YES💍

Baby, from the very first day of deployment to the moment we locked eyes at 76, something in me settled. I didn’t know it then, but you would become my peace, my laughter, my partner, and the home I didn’t even know I was searching for. But god knew I needed you. I remember calling my parents two days after we met and saying “I think I just met the person I’m going to marry” and of course everyone thought I was crazy but I knew in my soul that I wasn’t. We were made to love each other.

Loving you, loving our son, and loving the family we’ve created is the best chapter of my life. A chapter I didn’t even know was possible for me.

So when you asked me to marry you I knew in my heart that this was right, I knew that this was ours and I knew that forever with you wouldn’t be scary but instead would be the most beautiful love story written.

Thank you for loving me the way nobody else could possibly know how to.
Thank you for always showing up for me
Thank you for choosing ME.
And I happily choose you every single day.

The future Mr/Mrs Tumblin 💍

I love you ❤️

hey ig.. it’s been a while. I’m not going to sit here and write this huge depressing caption about how bad deployment is going. This is simply me trying to find my love for the gym again. It’s a process. A long and daunting one but I’m human and sometimes we just need a redo. & before I can get back to the original goals I had for myself I have to go back to the drawing board. Back to basics baby. Prioritizing my mental health and physical health is a necessity right now. Here’s my Squatober workout from today 🤙🏽#deployment #gym #gymmotivation #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth #explorepage #fitnessmotivation by @daizhalee

Today I did good😌

It’s been a long time since I got a full workout in on this deployment. But since I’m finally settled in at my home station decided it’s time to turn that switch on.

I’ve been feeling “okay” not great but definitely okay. Already hit some mental bumps but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger so I’ve heard.

I started doing mile runs in the morning after my workout and another mile at night before I go to sleep. Thinking about doing a 5k soon.. idk we’ll see about that cause it’s TOOOOO HOT HERE🥵 100+ degrees ain’t no joke.

My sleep has been completely messed up. The time difference is wild. And my body still can’t figure it out. So I’m either sleep all day and up all night or vice versa. It’s annoying.

I feel like I’ve been gone for a year already and time is going way too slow for me but I’m just gonna take this time to work on me.

Please feel free to hit me up, send me things (literally anything), check on me, call me.. whatever!!! Guys I’m really bored here and time is not moving.

Shoutout to my coaches @p.f.perform for making sure I’m good every single day🩵

ABOUT TIME 😂🫣🥳🔴 We in red dot status 😭😭😭 154 x 1 !!!

I’ve been trying to hit a red plate for the last 8 FREAKING MONTHS! And the way this moved and felt like an RPE 7.5 is wildddddd🙃

The energy after the lift says it all. Back to work… Cause 200 will fly this year. No exceptions.

Just need my other lifts to move bruh and we are GOLDEN!

Really becoming a bench specialist fr 🥺
