Daizha has been a PFP client for 3 months, and we have shown her nothing but love and the highest quality care. We have helped transform her squat and deadlift technique immensely and taught her how to brace effectively. It is paying dividends in keeping her battle with chronic lower back pain at bay while still making gains in the gym. Someone as disciplined and energetic as her makes our lives as coaches easy. OH, and she also PR’ed on bench with us and finally hit that long sought after RED PLATE (155 lbs) 💪🏻; she had been chasing that lift for a LONG TIME. Her reaction to the PR and genuine appreciation fuels our fire to do what we do as coaches. We are there in the lowest of lows to pick her up and lend a steady hand, and in the highest of highs to celebrate her accomplishments with genuine joy. We could not ask for a better client; we are proud of you, Daizha🫶! If you want to be a part of the growing PFP community, we will take care of you, just like we take care of ourselves🤙🏻

💐Good Afternoon from the sisters of SOE, today is 🕊️Sigma Appreciation Day 🕊️, we here introduce our lovely sweet, sexy, sassy sister Kyra, {Daizha}, whom crossed Spring 2017. Daizha is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach certification. She’s been training and helping others reach their fitness goals since 2019. She has her own meal prep business that we all love! She’s now a powerlifting competitor (competition/date is to be announced) and is now doing her first competition!! But we’re not done here. She’s in school attending Mercy College and SUNY West Chester Community College. Sister Kyra, is getting her bachelor’s business management degree at Mercy College. Two different associates degree at WCC. The two degrees are engineering science degree and health & human performance degree. By, December she’ll be done with two degrees. In May 2024, she’ll officially have all three degrees. Our sister is dedicated, resilient, teachable and hardworking!! The coach becomes the student as she now has a coach herself that’s going to help get her to her goals. 💐___________________________________________________ We asked- “ How do you handle all of this and a social life?” Response- “ I wake up in the morning’s 5-7 am. I’m taking fifteen classes, coaching, training and working. I prioritize my time mostly around school. And take many naps in my car with a pillow and blanket. I eat about 5-6 times per day to fuel my workouts which are usually at night from about 8pm-12am. I train my clients in the morning time before school. So between 6:30am-10am. I study in the free time. ___________________________________________________ Squat: 242 lbs Bench: 146 lbs Deadlift: 315 lbs ___________________________________________________ Can we talk about hardworking sigma? Your sisters are so proud of you & continue to help support everything you do! We have acknowledged all of your hard work! We appreciate you and love you! 🕊️💐 Thank You Daizha For All You Do 🌹!
