When I started prep in February, I didn’t know exactly where this season would take me. I just knew that if I was going to do this, I wanted to do it with intention.

From choosing each show, to my suit, my posing, my training, and even the criticism I received I wanted every experience to
To make me better .

AND WOW Top 3 in my class at Amateur Olympia baby D is proud. 🥹

This was one biggest stages I’ve stepped on, during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

This one wasn’t just about a placing.

There were moments leading into this show where life gave me every reason to stay down. And truthfully, showing up wasn’t always easy.

But I did.

I chose to rise.

Becoming stronger through it all and Carrying everything I’ve been through with me without allowing it to stop me.

To my husband, my family, my friends, and my coaches thank you. There is no version of this journey where I do it completely alone. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, supporting me, and loving me through every high and every low.

I’m proud of the athlete I’m becoming, but even more proud of the woman I’ve had to become along the way.

08.16.26 — The beginning of forever. 🤍

A day I wish I could live over and over again.

Surrounded by the people we love, in a place that felt borrowed from a dream, I married my best friend, my safe place, and the love of my life.

I’ll never forget walking toward you, seeing your face waiting for me, and realizing this is it — this is the life we prayed for.

One day the flowers will fade, the photographs will grow old, and so will we. But I hope we always remember exactly how this day felt.

Thank you, God, for writing our story so beautifully and giving us a love worth growing old for. 🤍

There were so many firsts for me tonight…

✨ First bodybuilding show
✨ First time competing
✨ First Fit Model in the PNW
✨ First Overall Winner 🏆

Who would’ve thought the little girl from Mexico would accomplish all of this—and more 🇲🇽

First and foremost, all glory to God. None of this would be possible without Him.

To my life partner—thank you for pushing me beyond what I sometimes believe I’m capable of. You constantly uplift me, remind me of my worth, and believe in me even in moments when I struggle to believe in myself. So many of my dreams wouldn’t be possible without you—not because I don’t work hard, but because your love and support push me to become better every single day.

A huge thank you to my coaches, Dave & Channy. @feral_aesthetic_official Thank you for guiding me, supporting me in every aspect, and always being honest about where I can grow—while still giving me grace. From the moment I first asked about competing, you believed in me, and I couldn’t have asked for better mentors.

To my friends, family, and this incredible community—thank you for the love, the support, and for showing up for me. I don’t know what I did to deserve such amazing people in my life, but I am endlessly grateful.

The carbs are carbin and I’m happiest with lots of food 😌

Little leg day with my training program updates, let’s just say extra food is more fuel and I’ve been loving lifting so much more.

Living the life I once prayed for. 🤍

Who would’ve thought the little girl who immigrated from Veracruz, Mexico would grow up to travel the world, chase big dreams, and find a passion for bodybuilding. 🇲🇽

I hope my journey reminds someone that no dream is too big, too small, too early, or too late to start chasing. You never know where saying yes to yourself might take you. 🫶🏼

Olympia weekend was one for the books 🤍
