More from @daliadunningg ✅

[ FYI it is totally reasonable to expect to look like this after attending @westcoastfitnesslacey just one time 🙌😅✨ ]

⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: @daliadunningg’s frankly upsettingly good body composition is on full display in this photo.

Sensitive viewers may wish to look away. 😌

The rest of us will just be over here studying the delts, waist, quads, and other general evidence of wildly unreasonable discipline. 😅🔥

ALSO: huge shoutout to @westcoastfitnesslacey for letting me drag some strobes into their amazing gym for this shoot, and huge thanks to @daliadunningg for crushing this one 🙏🏼😌🔥

What a season for our girl Dalia. 🖤 Let’s run it back to the beginning ✨

Hold onto your seats because it’s quite the résumé 💅

The Emerald Cup wasn’t just the beginning of this season, it was Dalia’s very first bodybuilding show EVER. Before that day, she had never stepped on a stage. She walked into her first show and won every class she entered AND the overall, becoming the first Fit Model Overall Champion in the Pacific Northwest.

From there, we headed to the Vancouver Pro-Am in Canada, where she earned Top 5 in top callouts, and now we’ve wrapped up her second National show at the Amateur Olympia in Las Vegas with a Top 3 finish out of 15 girls in another top callout.

To go from never stepping on a bodybuilding stage to standing in the top callouts at the Amateur Olympia in ONE season is incredible.

And getting to experience that growth alongside her has been just as special for us. Dalia has trusted us, trusted the process, trusted our vision, and most importantly, she shows up and does the work. We’ve built this season together and watching everything we’ve worked toward come together on that stage is something we’ll always be proud of. It was surreal seeing her up there, she belongs up there 😮‍💨

We are so damn proud of the athlete she is, the improvements she’s made, and the woman she continues to become.

We love you, Dalia. We love you as an athlete, but even more than that, we love you for you. We’re so grateful we get to be in your corner for this.

If this is what you can accomplish in your first season, we know you’re only scratching the surface of where you’re capable of going.

What a season. And what an athlete 🖤

I first met @daliadunningg at Emerald Cup—her very first show ever—where she basically showed up and completely destroyed the Fit Model competition. 😅🔥

Last weekend we finally got to do a proper shoot together at her gym @westcoastfitnesslacey , and WOW. Sooooo many photos coming from this one. 👀

But first—Dalia is in Vegas TODAY competing at Amateur Olympia. 🏆✨

Good luck Dalia!! And, uh…everybody else might want to watch out. 😌🔥

Almost show time ✨

Dalia. 🤍 Next stop: Amateur Olympia.

Regardless of what happens on that stage, we could not be more proud of this woman and everything it took to get here.

This season asked a LOT of Dalia. Between running multiple businesses, planning a wedding, navigating personal challenges and responsibilities, loss and heartbreak, and somehow still showing up day after day for herself and this prep… she has had to carry more than most people ever see.

And through all of it, she kept going.

Her growth has been incredible to watch, but honestly, her heart is what impresses us most. The way she continues to show up, work, adapt, and give her absolute best even when life is anything but simple is something we have so much respect for.

We are incredibly honored to work with you, Dalia. We’re proud of the athlete you’ve become, but even more proud of the woman you are.

Now go enjoy this moment. You’ve earned it. 🖤
