POSTS STORIES REELS

From an idea to a room, and from a room to something we built together. THE POD LIVE 2026 was created on a simple but powerful belief: when women are given the space to learn, connect, reflect and see what is possible through one another, something meaningful happens. From the earliest planning conversations to the final moments in the room, every detail was created with intention.

We watched women share honestly, strangers connect, questions open up new perspectives, and younger girls sit in a room that expanded what they could imagine for themselves. We saw what happens when different experiences, ambitions and voices come together with purpose.

This was IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE brought to life.

To every woman who entered the room, every speaker who shared generously, every sponsor and partner who believed in the vision, and every person who worked behind the scenes to help bring it all to life, thank you. This recap may capture the moments, but the real story is in the people who made them possible.

THE POD LIVE 2026 was a beautiful chapter, and it has made the vision for 2027 even bigger.

This is the room.

Different industries. Different journeys. Different perspectives . Different lanes— brought together for one intentional day.

At THE POD LIVE 2026, you’ll hear from women whose work spans commercial leadership, global marketing, creativity, wellbeing, film, media, entrepreneurship and community building.

And that range is intentional.

Because the woman building a career can learn something from the woman building a creative enterprise.
The founder can learn from the corporate leader.
The creative can learn from the strategist.
And sometimes the perspective you need comes from a woman whose world looks completely different from yours.

This is not a day of sitting through conversations from a distance.

Hear Her. Meet Her. Ask your questions.

Then stay for everything that happens around the stage — the introductions, the conversations over lunch, the women you meet outside your usual circle, the atmosphere and the time to simply enjoy being in good company.

Career. Leadership. Creativity. Wellbeing. Womanhood. One room.

If you’ve been wondering what makes THE POD LIVE worth entering, this is it.

Five things our founder
Oluwadamilola Amodu said in this episode that stopped us mid-edit. Swipe through and let one of them sit with you .

OnHerOwnLane was built to fill spaces where women could talk about purpose, faith, becoming, healing, building, scaling and mentoring the next generation of women, all of it without pretending. without the filter. without shrinking themselves so other people feel comfortable.

Her vision wasn't just a podcast. it was a community. a place where the woman trying to figure out her next step, the woman deconstructing everything she was taught, the woman building something from scratch with God could look around and say oh. these are my people, lets get to work, lets do this.

If that's you, if you've been scrolling looking for something that actually feeds your spirit, challenges your current capacity and sharpens you then you are the exact reason she built this.

You're not late. you're not too much. you're not alone.
Welcome home 🤍

Welcome to November 💚

While we work, we build
While we build, we laugh
While we laugh, we see opportunities and take action.

Have a blessed month 💫 by @damiamodu

It was such a pleasure having @damiamodu on the red carpet! ❤️ She looked absolutely beautiful and left us with a powerful reminder to look within and recognise the opportunities around us. Sometimes, what we need to step into our next season is already within our reach! ✨

When you are building, it is easy to look first at what can be counted: how many people came, how far it travelled, how much attention it received.

But the most meaningful outcomes don’t always show up in the numbers. A recommendation can open a door. An introduction can become a business relationship. A conversation can change a decision. Someone can leave a room seeing herself differently, and you may never fully see what that moment set in motion.

That is what impact really is. And it’s important to note that reach matters, but what matters more is what becomes possible because the work happened at all.

Not everything meaningful can be measured immediately, and not everything valuable comes with analytics.

Do not underestimate the quiet ways your presence might be making possible for someone else. Stay focused on your own lane.

Have a productive day.

Sometimes it is good to sit on the other side of the experience on a beautiful sunny Saturday. Yesterday, I had the chance to attend The Emergence Conference 2026 @emergenceconf simply as a guest, and I enjoyed being able to listen, learn and take things in.

One of the ideas that stayed with me was the reminder that building happens in stages. There is a time to learn the work, a time to strengthen what has been built, a time to raise what is needed for growth, and a time when the work begins to shine more visibly. Each stage requires a different kind of attention, and I found myself thinking about how important it is to recognise the season you are in rather than trying to behave as though you are already in the next one.

I also left with a renewed appreciation for time and capacity. Building something meaningful can demand a great deal from you, but it should not require you to neglect yourself or those closest and dearest to you in the process. Protecting your time, understanding your limits and creating space to rest are part of the work too.

There was plenty to learn, but I also enjoyed the simplicity of being present, having conversations and taking in the room.
It was lovely to see @bodamtaiwo again and to meet new beautiful women.

Kudos to the convener @debnife and her team for creating such a thoughtful experience 👏. I left with several things to reflect on, and I am so glad I made the time to be there.

Yesterday I had the privilege of attendingTHE LIGHT ROOM by Iniabasi Leye @inileye , and the entire experience felt thoughtful, warm and deeply intentional. From the atmosphere to the conversations and the music from @121selah , there was a sense of care in the room that stayed with me and I got to spend the room with amazing women (Ini said we shouldn’t say tribe anymore, if you know you know 😁)

I am becoming more intentional about supporting women while they are still shaping their ideas, doing the work and creating the spaces they believe in. I do not want to wait until everything is finished or widely celebrated before I show up. There is something powerful about being present while the vision is still becoming what it is meant to be.

I am genuinely proud of what Iniabasi is creating through ROOMS and of the way she is using her work to help people reflect, heal and grow. It was a joy to witness it in person, and I am grateful I got to be in the room.

Don’t stop building
🤎 by @damiamodu

I love a good idea. I love the excitement of seeing what something could become but one thing building has taught me is that, at some point, vision has to become structure.

The idea has to become conversations, decisions, budgets, timelines, people, systems and follow-through. You have to learn what requires your attention, what needs someone else’s expertise, what to hold closely and what you need to release.

I am learning that some of the most important work happens long after the excitement of the idea has passed and perhaps that is the season I am in now: becoming less impressed by how quickly something can grow, and more interested in whether it is being built well enough to last.

There is still so much I am learning, but this much I know: I would rather build well before I build big.
