Existence is chaotic; as such I find my footing with steps not overly-premeditated. Chaos is random and fast-acting, so I follow my intuition to guide my movement amongst the shaky ground. by @damnitdesantis

Something very unexpected happened to me yesterday. I was gifted my late guitarist Andy’s #2 guitar from back when we were touring in the early 2000’s, and I had thought for sure it was lost to time. The last time I saw this guitar, was 21 years ago, propped up in front of his casket at his funeral. To say I’m overwhelmed to now have it is an understatement. His energy is still present in it. I have a piece of my old friend again ❤️🎸 I can’t wait to create something beautiful with it. #twistedmethod #yamahaguitars #ripandyhoward by @damnitdesantis

Back in the gym after taking time off from being able to go… my MRI I had back in the beginning of August revealed I have a herniated disc between my L5 and S1 vertebrae… forcing me to figure out what the hell I had to do quick. I had a severe work injury back when I was 24 yrs old (2006,) and ever since then, I have dealt with re-injuries, new injuries, and severe pain that has caused me to miss out on a lot of great things, because I found myself laid up in bed, with only depression and frustration to keep me company. Anyhow, with the help of a fantastic chiropractor, physical therapist and massage therapist, I am finally taking an educated, multi-pronged approach to strengthening my body the correct way. I finally have some peace of mind now that I have a better idea of what specific exercises I can do to strengthen my body (more so my back in particular,) and which exercises I can’t do anymore because they will injure me further. I have amazing opportunities ahead of me; I plan on being able to experience them and not let any more of my life pass me by being stuck in a bed 💪🏼 taken in Fort Myers, Florida by @damnitdesantis

Thanks to @captain_dean_murphy for taking the past few days to get the Red Warhorse back in prime playing shape again. Her and Emerald Weapon are both sounding liked drop-tuned beasts 😮‍💨 #yamaha #yamahaguitars #baritone by @damnitdesantis

My pal @captain_dean_murphy let me borrow his customized @yamaha_guitars AES Drop6, in which he modded into a single pickup, double cutaway body, custom green paintjob, and I absolutely love it 😍 These were a 26.25” short-scale baritone Yamaha made in the early 2000s and we used them during my Twisted Method days. He’s borrowing my custom RBX bass in the meantime…I might have to convince him to do a trade 😏🎸🎸 #fyp #guitars #yamahaguitars by @damnitdesantis
