What happens when someone betrays you, but instead of turning away from an entire faith, you find yourself drawn closer to it?

Dan Bolton's journey is one of unexpected turns — from losing everything and facing betrayal to discovering Islam, finding purpose and redefining what success truly means.

His story challenges assumptions and reminds us that sometimes the path to finding yourself is nothing like you imagined.

Up early, head clear and focused on what comes next. by @dan_b_dxb

Even at the weekend, I’m up early. Getting ahead whilst most people sleep. Ready for the week before it even starts. by @dan_b_dxb

How do you end up receiving a message like this?

That’s the conversation we want to have.

Welcome to I F’ed Up. Honest conversations about the decisions people regret, the consequences they’re still dealing with, and what happened next.

We’re asking people to put their names to their mistakes. Including the parts that are uncomfortable to say out loud.

Follow along. We’ve got some explaining to do. by @dan_b_dxb

Everyone wants authentic leadership. Until someone says, “I fucked up.”

We celebrate the wins, polish the story and edit out everything that went wrong. Then call it authenticity.

I’m working on a little project about the parts we hide. The losses. The lessons. What we got wrong and what we’re doing about it. by @dan_b_dxb

Turns out I’ve missed this.

Loved being out this weekend and seeing so many people. It’s been a quieter year than I expected, and a good night out made one thing very clear: I need to do this more.

Be more present. More visible. Make time for the people and things I enjoy.

So here we are. by @dan_b_dxb

Time to turn it up a notch. by @dan_b_dxb

The Art of Clubbing was only just a concept on paper - until @adamcotier said “if it doesn’t exist, then build it”.

Which we did- with 0 budget.

Massive thanks to everyone who supported, came out and made this dream come true.

Q4 I’m coming for you… by @dan_b_dxb

First event of the season and went to check out @thefashion.factor

20 years ago when I arrived in the city I was working as a booker with one of the largest model agencies at the time.

It was shoots, shows and soirées every night… almost felt like I was back there for a minute. Fun times. by @dan_b_dxb

The season is upon us.

Buckle up. by @dan_b_dxb
