Dead body prop from Spartacus house of Ashur Gabinius the amazing Andrew McFarlane @andrew_mcfarlane_official what an absolute trooper he was after getting of an international flight straight into a full body cast! I finished the sculpture made by pouring monster clay into the lifecast head chest hands and feet epoxy moulds were then produced and platsil gel 10 was hand brushed into the moulds I then painted it using a mix of bluebird and skin illustrator inks…. Coti @coti.is.that.you then did an amazing job hand punching the stubble eyebrows and body hair also helping with the build @bells_page and my buddy @chevrontepu @gabriellejones_ applied and styling of the wig.#dead #fxmakeup #spartacus #horrormovies #spfxmakeup by @dan_perry_fx_

Thank you jokinsta and @jase_doc for bringing me onboard for EDB what a ride it was…. Had some fun sculpting this one and the director had LOTS of input….. many days pre painting silicone appliances that were beautifully run every single time by @kim.docherty.7 🙏 and the test makeup and early applications with the lovely @joannachristou and working on @errollshand was a prosthetic artist dream come true did not move once in the whole process….🙏 All the spaces where you can see his skin like the cheek and forehead will later be taken away with VSFX …. #evildead #horrormovies #evildeadburn #makeupfx #spfxmakeup by @dan_perry_fx_

Fished my latest drawing of Robocop this was quite the challenge…. A lot of shading and details. Spock I finished late last year. I’ve pick up drawing again after a 10 year hiatus… it’s been fun getting to know how colour pencils work with layering #artwork #sciencefiction #startrek #robocop #colourpencilart by @dan_perry_fx_
