Our 6 years of Waxx party, it’s been a blast, thanks to everyone who made it down, friends & DJs, big love, we will also be uploading @marvo_dj set to our YouTube channel & SoundCloud in the next week! 🤜🏻🤛🏻 Sometimes you forget how far you’ve come until you take a look back at old photos, couldn’t have done it without every single one of you that walk through the door so I want to say thank you to all of our clients for making Waxx what it is! 🫶🏼 taken in Waxx Barbershop & Recordstore by @danbradshaw

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT// DAN BRADSHAW A familiar face in the North East scene, Dan Bradshaw has been carving out his own lane through a deep-rooted passion for underground music. Known for his work behind the decks and as one half of the team behind Hoax, Dan has helped push forward a community built around quality music, good energy and bringing people together. His selections draw from the deeper side of house music - blending groove-driven cuts, rolling rhythms and underground influences that keep the dancefloor moving. Alongside his work with Hoax, Dan is also the owner of Wax Barber Shop & Record Store, combining two of his biggest passions: music and culture. We’re looking forward to welcoming Dan to the dojo🥋 taken in Shape Patisserie and Bake by @danbradshaw

Fresh batch incoming… 🍞 We’re back on 1st August with another Bakery session. Joining us this time is Dan Bradshaw, the driving force behind Hoax and owner of Wax Barber Shop & Record Store, alongside Selva, a young collective making waves across the North East and Yorkshire with their infectious energy and love for underground music. Entry is still completely free, but you’ll need to claim a ticket via RA in advance to help us manage capacity. You know where to find the link to secure yours! It’s with great pleasure I introduce the next mix in the series! Coming from not only one of my best mates, but one of the best DJ’s I know! @danbradshaw We’ve had some great times over the years including sharing a bed for 6 weeks when we moved to Bristol for college as we could only find one room! It’s a great mix and I hope everyone enjoys it :) Dan Bradshaw DJ | Producer | Founder of Hoax Hailing from Darlington, UK, rising DJ and producer Dan Bradshaw has been immersed in dance music since the age of 16, when he began obsessed with building his record collection. He quickly went onto landing his first club residency at the legendary Inside Out, where he warmed up for major names under the renowned Solar Knights brand. After making his mark in the North East, Dan moved to Bristol, where he became a regular at the Free Rave parties held at Motion one of the UK’s most iconic underground venues. His passion for vinyl led him to launch his own record store, which he continues to run day to day, creating further opportunities to dig out some gems. Dan is also the Co.founder of Hoax. A brand known for throwing high energy, immersive parties in unique spaces across the UK, Musically Dan spans the full spectrum of electronic music with a focus on high energy, party driven sounds. by @danbradshaw
