I love when students Show Up and trust me to push them. When they embrace the choreography, the unfamiliar, the challenges, the floor and the fatigue that comes with doing it over and over. When they Finish Strong 💪🏾🤩👏🏾

Love dancing with you, Darya! ✨🫶🏾

Falling in love with dance and my body again and again through the physical setbacks and injuries. Limitation due to pain is so humbling, especially when your identity and workflow requires such physicality. So much I want to do but my body often says no, so I listen and give it grace along with a gentle push 🥹 Little by little, we’re healing and opening back up. Our bodies are so resilient and brilliant. Just gotta remember to keep tuning that beautiful instrument.

If this resonates with you, whether you’re a former dancer, someone who wants to reside in a dancer’s body or someone who feels stiff or is also rebuilding mobility post injury or surgery like me, come strengthen, lengthen and release…
