Sometimes your brain just has to catch up and learn about what your body can now do. If you’ve been working hard, training, getting stronger and more flexible, your body is more capable but your brain hasn’t had a chance to realize it yet. Congrats to Sadie on conquering her fear, updating her brain and building her confidence. This is what Showing Up looks like.. And why I advocate for Showing Off and sharing your progress and skills. You never know how many times someone fell and what they had to overcome to get back up and try again 🥹💪🏾✨

THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE…
Each time you show up to class I am blown away. When I see you talking to a new person, trying a new move, letting it all loose on the dance floor… YOU never cease to amaze me. Beyond grateful for what we are building.
Love,
