‼️Second to last month before I go on maternity leave ‼️get in while you can 😘

Octobers 4 week series is going to be spooktacular time 😂 we'll take it to the floor and dive into our sensual spooky side 😈 we will of course get a solid warm up in ❤️‍🔥 get connected with our bodies through a wiggle sesh. Then I'll go into technique and how to move safely on the floor while learning choreo. We'll take our time over the first 3 weeks and tie it altogether the 4th week for our in class performance 😍 performance day, as always, is no pressure. No need to perform or be in video's. Just a fun way to come together after we learned the choreo 🥰

Heels optional. Socks are great. Zero to all levels. Bring knee pads, water and I can do anything attitude.

$25 per class. Drop-ins welcome.
$85 bundle deal due no later than 10/5.

SATURDAY SERIES IN THE STUDY 😍
We are doing the same choreo as Mondays series. Song is cherry on the edge. Spooky sensual vibes 😈We are taking it to the floor, playing with textures. We will go as slow as we need. We will have an active warmup, go over technique and safety. This is one a good one and is so much fun! 😍

Payment has to be sent by friday before each class to ensure people come. 🫶
If I don't receive payment or word from you, I will have to cancel class.
If you paid for the bundle deal in advance, I will be there, even if its just one baddie 😘🥰
Bundle deal of $65 is due 10/9.
$25 a class.
You can mix and match days. So if a monday works you can opt to come then. If you plan to do that, I will offer the $85 bundle deal, due by 10/9 ☺️

All jokes aside. 😘
Taking a heels class whether its your first time or 50th,
being recorded then be posted some times just isnt it.
Heels class can feel vulnerable
For many reasons,
You've never danced before
You're uncomfortable with being seen
Sensual movement is new
Work related
Privacy
So many other reasons.
And then to be posted when you dont feel comfortable, can be intimidating.
Sometimes women just show up to class
To escape and feel free
Without the pressure of sharing it with the world
And thats okay 🫶
If you come to class and dont want to be posted or recorded, I am happy to respect your wishes. 🥰
You're not the only baddie to ask me to leave them out of videos. 🫶
No hard feelings.

Tonight we had our Paint and Dance class. We laughed, we talked, we painted, and we danced. During my paint parties I am usually the one holding space for people to discover new things about themselves. Tonight was my turn!! As we walked to @dancewithis dance studio I didn’t know what I was walking into. I support women dancing. I know it can release trauma. I know it can be empowering. Tonight it was revealing. As I danced and looked at myself, I realized I haven’t really truly looked at myself in 20 years. Maybe I could glance at an outfit in the mirror. I have been so busy being all the things. I haven’t been looking at ME. Tonight has shifted something deep in me. We will be throwing one more party before Is goes on maternity leave. Stay tuned. You won’t want to miss the next one.

Time: 4 to 7pm.
Where: Moonbee Wellness and Annex dance studio
Cost: $65
What to expect:
We will start at Champagne Cafe if you would like a sip 🍸 then go upstairs to Moonbees Wellness to paint magic then take short field to Annex dance studio to come play with me!
The dance will be super simple, zero to all levels friendly. Heels not required! I will hold space for you to feel connected to your body, feel empowered in your body, and have fun with like minded ladies 🥰

Heels isn't about how you look, what others think, or if its for the attention of others. Its about feeling connected to your body, your sense of self. To celebrate what your body is capable of. The empowerment you feel pouring into yourself. And ultimately, having FUN 🥰

This event is going to be so fun and magical!! Dont want to miss out. 😍
