Tonight we had our Paint and Dance class. We laughed, we talked, we painted, and we danced. During my paint parties I am usually the one holding space for people to discover new things about themselves. Tonight was my turn!! As we walked to @dancewithis dance studio I didn’t know what I was walking into. I support women dancing. I know it can release trauma. I know it can be empowering. Tonight it was revealing. As I danced and looked at myself, I realized I haven’t really truly looked at myself in 20 years. Maybe I could glance at an outfit in the mirror. I have been so busy being all the things. I haven’t been looking at ME. Tonight has shifted something deep in me. We will be throwing one more party before Is goes on maternity leave. Stay tuned. You won’t want to miss the next one.

@dancewithis and @confetti_flamingo are coming together to create the ultimate girls night. There will be dancing. Cute outfits. Come colorful. Come sparkly. Wear the glitter. We will dance and paint the night away. Save the date for August 29th. Reach out with any questions.

We scheduled a party for women with painting and dancing. We had a few sign up, but mostly conversations around sensuality, power, and shame! We decided to reschedule our paint and dance party to August 29th. Please engage in conversation about women and OUR sexuality and how dancing has been used for thousands of years for US. Let’s cheer eachother on! Let’s create something beyond the canvas and dance floor.

Dance is my expression
Dance is my freedom

Dance is me owning my body.
Dance is me feeling in touch with myself.

Dance is an art that is shared with my dance girlies.
Dance is what brings us together.
Dance is the soul on fire ✨🖤

Thanks bestie for having a space for all of us girls 🫶✨

Simply could not bring Camelot Burlesque to the stage without the help of my incredible team 🥰

Shout out to my brilliant sister-in-love Beesh for holding us down as the best Stage Manager ever! And my wonderful Stage Kittens & Tip Tarts, including two who stepped in to fill their roles last minute. So much gratitude! 🌹💖

Had to include the group shot with @dancewithis who graduated from Kitten to Performer cause it’s so gorgeous, especially because I didn’t get a selfie with @toribea_ ❤️❤️
