Been working with Dan for last 4 years now alongside @foundrygrappling / @train.foundry 💪

Massive steps foward in his fitness journey/ confidence and BJJ / wrestling skillset

Just competed in his first super fight with a W on the cards

Keep it up Dan and do your rehab for your sciatica to make sure it dosent come back or at least stop you from training

Top day @mightygrapplingevents - the lads all came away with wins 🫡 proud of you all, smashed it

Always good being out with HQ @13th_dimension_bjj competing

Was just me who let the side down today 😂😂 but we are back competing after a year off so that is a win in its self. Great to be on the comp mats with the lads.

Lose or Win back in the gym.

@danedgar92 Hard Work and Consistency 🫡🔥

I’ll always remember Dan walking in the gym and struggling to complete the warm up 😂 he stuck with the plan and trusted the process.

How times have changed 💪🏻💪🏻🔥

Another great day out yesterday at All Stars Liverpool with the team! Some good results all round and some tough rolls. Personally didn't go my way but definitely starting to see the pieces falling into place, the losses are fast becoming just close losses 😜. Some great rolls to be in and watch, looking forward to the next one. Cheers Matt and Jack for cornering me out of a few rough situations! by @danedgar92

Fantastic time at the Charity Grapplethon at Gracie Swindon - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, over £3.5k raised for a great cause. 12hrs rolling myself but a special congrats to those that managed the full 24h, even without a nap! Cheers guys! by @danedgar92

First comp at blue and what a comp to start with 😂. Subbed to a head and arm on the first round but happy to get the first comp done. Plenty to look at for next time - cheers Matt for your help!

Congrats to Luke 'n' Becky for podium finishes and of course to Jay for another gold! by @danedgar92

Well it's over. A fantastic experience trying to roll for 24 hours. Two eatey breaks and two quick power naps but got there in the end with some decent mat time. Thanks Michael Buckman-Cowling for hosting the charity Grapplethon!

Next time I won't be foolish enough to do the full 24h though 😜 by @danedgar92
