🥊 Combat athlete struggling with an injury?

Get treated by a team who understands the demands of your sport.

2nd session back on the mats at @foundrygrappling ✅🥋

At @forgeinjuryperformance, we’re a team of active clinicians who train ourselves and understand that the goal isn’t just to reduce pain — it’s getting you back to training and performing.

Personally, I’ve trained in the gym since 13 and got into MMA & grappling at 16. After being on and off the mats with injuries, my goal now is simple — minimum 1 session every week.

🥊 Boxing | 🥋 BJJ | 🤼 MMA | 💪 S&C

Injured or struggling to train at 100%?

🥋 GYM AFFILIATION | FOUNDRY × FORGE

@foundrygrappling 🤝 @forgeinjuryperformance

This one means a lot.

@train.foundry was where I first started building my sports massage business 4 years ago. Without that first opportunity, Forge wouldn’t be where it is today. Massive thanks to @mattburnspt and everyone at Foundry who supported me from the start.

Great to get back to my roots last night. Crazy to think it’s been 5 years since I started my Sports Rehab & BJJ journey.

Over the years, loads of Foundry members have trusted us with their injuries, niggles and recovery. We’re now making that relationship official with a Forge × Foundry referral pathway 🥋

Giving members access to:

* Injury assessment & rehab
* Physiotherapy
* Sports massage & recovery
* Practitioners who understand the demands of combat sports

Our physio @beckystone_forge actually came to Forge through Foundry too, and we’re both looking forward to getting back on the mats ourselves.

Although after my first session in nearly a year last night… I’ve got some catching up to do 😅

We’re also looking to work alongside more local and combat sports gyms across Oldham & Manchester.

Interested in becoming a Forge affiliated gym? Drop us a message 🤝

Top day @mightygrapplingevents - the lads all came away with wins 🫡 proud of you all, smashed it

Always good being out with HQ @13th_dimension_bjj competing

Was just me who let the side down today 😂😂 but we are back competing after a year off so that is a win in its self. Great to be on the comp mats with the lads.

Lose or Win back in the gym.

There are still a few finishing touches to add (especially downstairs and in the second mat space), but we’re up and running!

Big thanks to @dannyhughes13 from 13th Dimension for coming down to teach last night, along with a couple of the 13th team 👊

Pleasure having @shanecurtisbjj down once again today at the gym, running a seminar on some passing techniques. As always, we took away some great details and had plenty of quality rounds. Thanks to everyone for coming along always appreciate the support! 💪

I broke my leg last week, so pretty screwed in terms of getting to shoots and being mobile enough to actually get some good shots. However last night I got carted over to @strategyfightteam for the big team training session as some of our lot had belts and stripes ready for them. Grabbed some shots whilst hopping around the mat. Congratulations to everyone who got promoted! And get in touch if you want the link to all the pictures.
