Birthday celebrations looked a little different this year.

Less noise, more nature.
More presence, more peace.

Celebrating another year, and the woman I’m becoming.

Came to visit my mom for a few days and I didn’t realise how much I needed this.
There’s no pressure here, no rush, just being.

We did the simplest things, walking, talking, stopping for little things, and somehow everything already feels a bit slower.

I’m not fully there yet, but I can feel my body starting to let go.
Like my mind is beginning to quiet down.

…and just remembering how important it is to be with the people you love. taken in Wilderness, Western Cape by @daneldejager
