Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week’s Mimosas & Mindfulness morning✨🧘🏼‍♀️🥂

A morning filled with movement, breath, and intention setting. Where we shed what is no longer serving us and sprung into a new season of growth. Thank you to each one who arrived on their mat and opened their hearts 🫶🏼

Wholistic Women's Retreat 🧘‍♂️ 💚🌿

We are still simmering in the energy that was created at yesterday's retreat. We spent the past 8 weeks working on this and really gave it our all. Spending time to reflect within, move, and connect with like minded women has a way of healing the heart while letting us know that we are not alone in our journey as our pain is felt, seen and heard.💞
Thank you to the amazing group of women who showed up and trusted us yesterday 🤍👭

@urbanalchemyreiki did a trauma informed yoga session, breath work, somatic release and reiki. @miss_dhanusha facilitated the journaling session to find your core values, how to integrate it and use them daily.

Thank you to our drinks sponsors @sirfruit_ & @happycultureza
(The Biome bars were such a hit, it was all finished. We were hydrated and refreshed!

Special thanks to these lovely local brands for contributing to our Goodie Bags: @soilorganic, @kataviskincare @sweepsouth_sa
& @stardust_and_moonshine_sa 🎁

Our hearts are full and we're thrilled that the ladies had a transformative time. 🙏 If you or your company want something like this, get in touch with us.

With love,
Dhanusha & Razaan

Danello! My companjera! 😮
